God I hope this will FINALLY be a wakeup call for Dixie. Whoever wrote that needs to look at it, and rethink their sentence structure. However, if this is true, then I hope it turns out for the best.

Never watch TNA with headphones on, you can hear every breath Don West takes between sentences, it makes me want to strangle the bastard. Well, I'm not sure about every iMPACT, but the 2hour debut 10.04, the match between Black Reign and Rhino, his inhales were horrible.

The sad thing is, the TNA Game's Commentary sounds as robotic as the TNA TV show's... I guess that's realism

WWE General Discussion - October 2007

What can I say, before he appeared in WWE I hadn't never heard of him or his work in ROH I feel dirty... -
In the UK and some of Europe, we get a free wrestling channel via Sky. It used to show the TNA Weekly PPVs (6 months behind), and then iMPACT (2 weeks behind), as well as a selection of Indy promotions (CZW, ROH, Memphis). However, the quality was horrible, bad audio and low bit carrier streams, and they'd cut up and reorder cards how they saw fit - or at least that's how they bought the tapes. However, if you can up with that, its pretty decent - though in recent times, it has turned into an MMA channel with a little selection of Indy shows (UK based) and some really old repeated Super Card shows that they used to show 4 years ago. The channel draws really low figures and each year it survives seems to surprise me, considering how much it costs to broadcast a TV show across the SKY frequencies, let alone production costs and buying library tapes to show. A WWE Wrestling Channel, that would show Raw, Smackdown, ECW and the PPV, as well as the content on WWE 24/7 would be ok, but I don't think it would really draw the numbers required to make it worthwhile. The only attraction that the UK Wrestling Channel had, was that it offered a wide spectrum of shows to watch and it was free, would people really subscribe to a WWE wrestling channel to watch Raw, SD, ECW and PPVs given the current state of the shows?

Noble would be a good choice. Just throwing a name out there, but Stevie Richards could play the Michael Hayes role as the mouth piece/talker. On the subject of Noble, I'm really enjoying his work over the last month in Smackdown, his matches with Yang have been pretty cool. And despite it being a somewhat 'goofy' Angle based around Hornswoggle, I'm enjoying that as well. -
Comments that don't warrant a thread

Oh dear, not sure how to take this. Initial reaction is baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad, though surely there's some plus to it publishing wise? If EA just leave them the fuck alone, and help push the games it should be ok... right? -
So, apparently the xbox Elites have fucked HDs and that's why they're not being shipped around - at least in the UK. Most stores have been out of stock for 3 weeks now. Apparently the HD's aren't working fully and stop people from playing games such as Blue Dragon and Halo3.

I hope this is bullshit, otherwise its another 'decent' WWE storyline ruined by something stupid. -
Man, that's harsh as hell! I know Game have their stock sitting in the main Warehouse, and won't be shipping it to stores until at least Friday/Saturday, maybe even the Monday, to stop dipshit stores selling it early. I phoned up today to let them know Argos was selling it early, but all they'll (Game) will do is phone the streetbreaker hotline, who will then go 'Oooh you naughty people' at Argos.

2007: Most disastrous year in WWE history?
Obi Chris Kenobi replied to Dobbs 3K's topic in The WWE Folder
That may be true, but you need to consider how often things don't go the way they want them to. Look at Cro-Cop. If UFC was fixed, he woulda knocked Gonzonga out in the exact same way Gonzonga knocked him out, because Mirko Cro-Cop is a *name* fighter. You don't think they wanted HIM in the main event? Cuz you're wrong, if you don't. Same goes for Shamrock/Tito. If it was fixed, would it have been 3 and 0? Fuck no. Shamrock woulda won a hard-fought re-match, so people would've *cared* about the rubber match, and it would've made $$$. As it is, wasn't it just on Spike? Aye fairplay, but I swear if Cro-Cop goes on a 'I'm fighting till a lose again' rampage and wins the title then retires... -
That's due to there being a disclosure thing, there's no reviews of the game till the 26th as Bungie don't want secrets to be leaked and spoiled.

Yeah, I have a redhead thing, I know I should feel ashamed, but I just.. well.. don't. It was the same with Alyson Hannigan.

General attitudes of people in the business towards others, especially

That reminds me of Aphex Twin gig where he just left the needle running over the empty turntable for 30 minutes and sat down, letting the PA system play out this scratching feedback of shite. People thought it was cool at first, but then got pissed and left. -
I <3 So Cal Val. The End.

Saw torrents for it kicking around but wasn't actually sure what it was - is this the Animated version of 'Death of Superman'?

Matt Hardy has no problem putting over most of the roster Matt Hardy was fired by WWE, then rehired due to popular demand and fan support (though admittedly he did have a girlfriend who slept with his best friend)
-
Matt Hardy's entrances and matches don't feel like they take up half a PPV, and are actually enjoyable.
-
Daivari is the only highlight to Raw these days, last week where he was singing, man, golden!
-
Matt Hardy still talks to his Brother, and even admits that he has a Brother

LAX's was the best till they changed it, I think they changed due to it making a reference to Konnan at the start.

Correct

A Dungeon and Dragons match? Batista rolls 2 d12 and passes the Wellness Policy

This was a pretty flat PPV really, I fell asleep watching it live, and fell asleep watching on playback. Wasn't very engaging at all, and having just watched Kevin Sullivan on Guest Booker, it was funny to see WWE not have the Title in the Main Event of the PPV - something that Sullivan layed into saying that the title should always be the Main Event and most important thing.

I had it for a month, then traded it in towards something else (I think it was Guitar Hero or something). It is a fun game, but I didn't feel like I had the time the invest into the game to unlock all the cars and the tracks. I'll probably pick it up Pre-owned sometime down the line again to finish it off, however, I was finding myself having more fun painting my cars then actually racing.
