He is probably referring to the Battle Royal on RAW last week.
-
Matt Hardy. He's been treated like dirt since moving to RAW.
-
Didn't Slaughter completely dominate the Volkoff feud?
-
It started with taped vignettes, I believe, following his return from the AWA. The earliest time I can actually remember him appearing in person was on the Brother Love Show at Summerslam 1990.

All the time. Either someone I know, or myself. I was on every week back when I was taking ITV classes at Carleton. A couple of years ago I got a bunch of free tickets to the 67s and made it on all the time then too. I have been on for Blue Jays games a couple of times, several news shows, and I was interviewed at the 1986 Santa Claus parade in Toronto. I grew up east of Toronto when they had the big film boom there, so several people I know became extras in films. Many of the professors I know have been on television lots, especially in Geology or Climatology. My sister used to co-op at Rogers in Oshawa. My roommate's best friend plays for the Flyers. I'm sure there is a lot I have forgotten.

What are you talking about? He was in WarGames 1991 & Royal Rumble 1992! Of course, he had a gazillion other people to carry him, but that's besides the point.

ROYAL RUMBLE MATCH: The popular picks seem to be Benoit & Goldberg. Goldberg has #30 and I don't believe they will let him win the biggest match in WWE as he's headed out the door. I would like Benoit to win and face Brock, but they seem to be really wanting him to head over to RAW. I can't see him going the whole way from the #1 slot with 2 minute intervals either. FINAL FOUR: Goldberg, Angle, Cena, Orton Cena will need a good showing since his buddy Benoit has the advantage of being the Iron Man, so that means Cena is here and Benoit is not, unless Cena gets #2 or something. Orton is RAW's top heel in this thing, so he survives this far. Goldberg is a given with #30. And the winner...who will go on to face Eddy Guerrero in the main event of Wrestlemania XX, Kurt Angle. WINNER: Kurt Angle World Championship: HHH vs. Shawn Michaels This is almost as much of a foregone conclusion as the WWE Title match. I only say almost, because HBK might get an upset only to lose it the next night. Either way, we all know who the real champion is. WINNER AND STILL WORLD CHAMPION: HHH WWE Championship: Brock Lesnar vs. Hardcore Holly Hope you enjoyed your run at the top, Bob! Remember Show/Bossman, we'll see a repeat. WINNER AND STILL WWE CHAMPION: Brock Lesnar Eddy Guerrero vs. Chavo Guerrero They seem to be fast-forwarding through Bret/Owen, in which case Chavo wins here. Eddy will be getting the title shot next month regardless. If Vince has any faith in Chavo, he wins. If he doesn't, Eddy wins and Chavo goes spiralling back to the midcard. We'll see come Sunday. WINNER: Chavo Guerrero World Tag Team Championship: Evolution vs. Dudley Boyz Flair shouldn't even be in the ring anymore, but HHH likely wants Evolution to hold all the titles longer. HHH wins out, and Evolution retains. WINNERS AND STILL WORLD TAG CHAMPIONS: Ric Flair & Dave Batista WWE Cruiserweight Championship: Rey Misterio vs. Jamie Noble Rey Rey just got the belt, and is the clear class of the division, but Noble is getting the push. Either Nidia turns (or they begin that storyline) or Noble takes the belt. I see no other outcome. WINNER AND NEW CW CHAMPION: Jamie Noble

Prep Player's Sex Sentence Draws Protests
Kahran Ramsus replied to EdwardKnoxII's topic in Current Events
It is the same in this country. Any adult that has sex with a minor, consented or not, and gets found out will get slapped with a sexual assualt charge. It is considered no different than rape in Canada for an adult to sleep with a minor. -
Here are my results for the second poll. Not too much difference, although Kerry & Bush seem to swap places, and I am no longer in the 80%+ range for everybody. 1. Your ideal theoretical candidate. (100%) 2. Bush, President George W. - Republican (60%) 3. Libertarian Candidate (51%) 4. Lieberman, Senator Joe, CT - Democrat (50%) 5. Kerry, Senator John, MA - Democrat (45%) 6. Edwards, Senator John, NC - Democrat (40%) 7. Clark, Retired General Wesley K., AR - Democrat (36%) 8. Kucinich, Rep. Dennis, OH - Democrat (34%) 9. Dean, Gov. Howard, VT - Democrat (30%) 10. Sharpton, Reverend Al - Democrat (30%) 11. Phillips, Howard - Constitution (15%)

What about the Rougeaus for Canada?
-
Kerry 100% Lieberman 94% Edwards 94% Bush 92% Clark 84% Dean 81% Sharpton 79% Kucinich 79% I guess I like everybody.

I am most interested in seeing Harry Potter & The Prisoner of Azkaban, even though I feel it fits in more at Christmas time. Prisoner of Azkaban was the turning point in the book series and when they started to get really good. Besides, Alan Rickman is my favourite actor and his character plays a big role in the book.

When Anderson Cooper left after the second season it pretty much killed it in my eyes. The Mole always relied on him more than most reality shows do with their hosts, even Jeff Probst with Survivor.
-
Good choice.

Favre never plays. Nobody cares about the game, they just want to make the team. Hasselbeck should have been on over McNabb anyways (like it or not Favre led the league in TD passes and deserved to be there). As for Bulger being selected, what, did Jesse Palmer and Quincy Carter turn them down? Better check on Hasselbeck too, seeing as how highly thought of this game is, it is probably Tim.
-
How far did you get? I can tell you whether you should bother to continue playing or not. Viktor & Flik show up five minutes into the game. They don't join permanently until after Neclord shows up again. You are forced to use them quite a bit from that point on, although not as much as in Suikoden I.
-
Trust me, you don't want to pick it up. Unless you need fuel for your fireplace. Claremont is the George Lucas of comics. A legend who passed into senility a loooooonnnnngggg time ago.
-
I made the mistake of playing as Geddoe first. His first chapter is the most difficult and I hadn't gotten used to the battle system yet.
-
It does start slowly. Once you get to Muse and the war really starts to get going, things improve greatly. Especially once you get the castle. What two characters are you referring to? If it is Viktor & Flik, they are major characters, not cameos.
-
Yes. Suikogaiden Volume 1 to be exact. The picture with Jowy leading the Highland troops is in-game and takes place during the initial invasion of Greenhill by Highland. The one with Jowy & Jillia is from the FMV opening, similar to the one that begins Suikoden III. Volume 2 has more to do with the Grasslands/Harmonia conflict and the Flame Champion, storylines that pick up in Suikoden III. Jowy does show up briefly in it, but Volume 1 is the one that deals most directly with the events in Suikoden II.

I will. The Royal Rumble is the only PPV that I will order religiously, just because the Royal Rumble Match itself is the most exciting match of the year. Until they start tinkering with the match itself, I will continue to order it. The rest of the card has no impact whatsoever. I don't care whether I get Benoit/Angle or Steiner/HHH. I order it solely for the one match.
-
Jon Favreau gave a great performance too.
-
They should just dump the divisions entirely and just go back to two leagues, with the two pennant winners going at it in the World Series.
-
A second vote for Joe Jackson.

...I don't think so. "Everywhere" my ass. Although, Square got FFC and FFA re-released, so maybe they'll be able to re-release this one. It was up here at least. Every Wal-Mart & Zellers had numerous copies in their bargain games section.
