I don't think they should have fired him at all. The Falcons lost because Vick was out, and that wasn't Reeves' fault.

Ben Affleck Not Interested In Daredevil 2
Kahran Ramsus replied to EdwardKnoxII's topic in Television & Film
I loved Daredevil too. It was more enjoyable than X2. -
I am for the death penalty, but not as punishment. It should only be used if a jury decides that there is no possible chance of reform and if the convicted ever gets out, then he will start killing people again. Death should be used as a last resort to protect the public from monsters. I don't believe in vengeance, and capital punishment is certainly not a deterrent to other would be criminals. It is merely something to be used if it is agreed upon that there is no other way to get closure.

Okay. Kane vs. Shane McMahon is your feud of the year then. Kane was the first guy actually drawing ratings in two years and they killed his heat with this.

How about Gambit/Emma? -
St. Louis loses at home in their first game of the NFC playoffs.

Yeah, the Rams aren't very good. Certainly not as good as the top AFC teams or the Eagles. Green Bay should make the playoffs. They have a cupcake schedule and both Seattle & Minnesota suck right now.

In public. I could care less what you do in your own home.

Goal #1: Put food on table and roof over head. Goal #2: Protect it. Everything else is a bonus. I would certainly like luxuries as well, and this is where the left-wing governments tend to nail me big time through skyrocketing taxes. Should gays have the right to marry? Sure. But I'm a white Anglican heterosexual male. I've already got everything I need socially. When the economy is lousy, it affects me personally. Thus, in order. 1. Economic 2. Foreign (Especially since Canada/US relations are vital for us. Something else Chretien has soured.) 3. Social Like Dr. Tom said, foreign policy can increase or decrease in importance according to world events. Right now it is my number one concern. But overall economic factors tend to be the most dominant.

1. No. Actually I think tobacco should be banned too. 2. Yes 3. Yes 4. Yes 5. Yes 6. Yes 7. Sort of. The head of my Church is the head of my state, but the two branches shouldn't interact. However, they are more important things to worry about than whether God is mentioned in O Canada or not. We have enough problem with national identity as it is without messing around with our national anthem. We shouldn't ditch the monarchy either, for similar reasons.

That was the first match I ever saw, and the one that got me hooked on wrestling.

If you mean who would be booked to win, then Jericho these days (in what is his prime as far as quality is concerned) has trouble beating women while Steamboat was always near the top of the card. As for who was the better wrestler, Steamboat at the end of his career in 1994 was better than Jericho ever was.

That wasn't until much much later in the year, fall / winter. Right after WrestleMania, Martel dominated the first leg of his never-ending feud with Tito. I stand corrected. Did Tito ever get a big win over Martel?
-
But right after Wrestlemania, Beefcake did a series of jobs to Rick Martel to help get him over as a heel.

Those are the only two established stars that will actually create new stars. HHH & Austin sure as hell won't.

Mine (John O'Toole) retained as well.

I agree with Anglesault here. Big Show was a borderline main eventer and Eddy was going in 'injured'. It was when they jobbed him to the Bashams and started this losing storyline that it killed his heat. The events happened so close to each other that it is easy to get confused, but people do not support losers which was exactly what WWE was asking them to do. Unlike what certain people like Vince McMahon or Vince Russo will tell you, winning and losing does matter in terms of fan reaction.

It wins almost by default. WGTT/Guerreros only made both sides look like idiots, plus Chavo got hurt in the middle of it. Jericho/Shawn featured Jericho getting buried far worse than Angle did, who at least came back and won the WWE Title. HHH/Goldberg features two of the most hated wrestlers in the business and terrible matches. Eddy/Benoit lasted like two weeks and was only a side act to the Benoit/Rhyno feud. What do you think was better? Shane McMahon vs. Kane? Brock/Angle was bad, but everything else was worse. Brock & Angle both looked like fools at various points, but didn't do much permanent damage (unlike Jericho jobbing to a cripple or Kane made a fool of by a non-wrestler), and the disappointing matches were still better than what 90% of the roster was putting on. But there is one real reason to put this as feud of the year. Unlike any other major feud Brock/Angle came away with one positive side effect, the rise of Benjamin & Haas. In every other feud (save HHH/Goldberg which isn't over yet, and like hell I'm picking those two), some or in many cases all of the participants came out severely damaged.

FFT can be hard (especially the Wiegraf/Velius battle) but it is beatable. However, if you don't know what you are doing you will get crushed.

Yes, but without the merger I could guarantee that they would win the next ten elections. This, if done right, prevents such a monopoly. The basis of our government is that the ruling party has to be held accountable to someone (ie. the people). This was never going to happen with a split right, and our government was essentially a dictatorship as a result. Just like the WWF was at its best when WCW was challenging it, democracy works best when there is an alternative.

California Lawmaker Proposes New Videogame Ban

Fucking left-wing whackos. Maybe you should get the guns out of their hands instead. It works up here. -
I'm a fiscal conservative and social liberal. I generally vote conservative because I feel the former is more important. If I was American I would certainly vote Republican. I have voted in three major elections. 1999 Ontario Election - PC. They saved the province from bankruptcy after the Bob Rae socialist disaster, so they diserved to finish the job. 2000 Federal Election - Alliance. Almost by default. The Federal Tories at the time were even worse than the Alliance, I can't stand Chretien, and I would NEVER vote for the commies/NDP. 2003 Ontario Election - PC. Eves wasn't nearly as good as Harris, but McGuinty's platform wasn't feasible as we are finding out now with skyrocketing Hydro rates. I am leaning towards the Liberals in next year's Federal Election, largely because I like Paul Martin and I don't have any faith the federal conservatives. Anything good that the Liberals have done in the past ten years was done by Martin and his supporters, so I would be willing to give him a chance. At the very least, he can't be worse than Chretien.

That would be VIII.

The best villains are not from FF. Jowy Blight, Luca Blight, Kahran Ramsus, Delita Hyral, Albedo, Yuber and many others smoke the FF villains. Seifer was a chump. He never did anything but screw up or get beat constantly by Squall.
