He and Alex Smith can play against each other in the Grey Cup.

The Amazing Race: Family Edition Thread
Kahran Ramsus replied to CanadianChris's topic in Television & Film
Now that we got that unpleasantness behind us, we can move on to an actual race around the world. -
He looked terrible in pre-season and practice. Personally, I'm not nearly as down on him as some others like VX. I just don't think that throwing a rookie out there under the bus, on an awful team like Green Bay is going to help him. It is more likely to end up hurting him as he gets killed behind GB's terrible offensive line.

Playing time really helped Akili Smith, Cade McNown, Tim Couch, Ryan Leaf, etc.

Stephenie gave some really bad answers to certain questions, like "Who would you remove from the jury if you had the chance?" I really think that Danni played a better game than she did. She was in control of her tribe pre-merge. After the merge she had a lack of numbers, but still managed to break apart an apparently strong foursome. It was her and Rafe who made the decision to ditch Judd & Cindy, not Stephenie. She was forced into it pretty much. The best she could have done with Judd was force a tie. With Cindy, she would have been in the majority. It was Rafe, not Stephenie, who decided that Lydia should go. Danni was smart enough to know when she needed to win immunity and bought the card that gave it to her. The last vote Stephenie had any sort of say on was when Gary went. After that, others made the decision for her and she just skated along. Danni fully deserved to win.

Don't forget the Chiefs of the 60s.

As much as it pains me to say it, the best team of the Super Bowl era was the 85 Bears, even though they lost once. They just demolished everybody, doubly so in the playoffs.

Jay Bower was the one who made me a moderator on this forum. I've been around since Rantsylvania first started.

I really want this game, but I don't think it will run on my computer. I guess I will just have to continue with Civ 3 for awhile longer. Maybe I'll be ready by the time the inevitable expansion comes out.

The only time I liked Cyclops was in the X-Men Evolution cartoon where they made him less of a dork.

This was enjoyable enough, and I really think they should bring back the concept annually for Armaggedon in an attempt to boost interest for the PPV. Like others have said, it is tends to show up in the middle of the pack as far as Hell in a Cell matches go. I like HBK/Taker, HHH/Cactus, Brock/Taker & HHH/Batista better than it, but the 6-Man would probably be the next best after those four.

They had the perfect oppurtunity to get rid of Rafe, and didn't take it. Dumb.

Best - Toronto. Going into the off-season they needed a 1B, closer, SP and corner OF. They managed three of those. They may have overpaid, but they needed to if they were going to improve. Worst - Florida. Does anything need to be said? Loria's a permanent member on my scumbag list.

I'll be here next year. Chicago at Pittsburgh (5.5) - Tough one. I like Chicago, but this is their toughest road test on the season and Pit is basically done if they lose. Cleveland at Cincinnati (12.5) Houston at Tennessee (6.5) (7.5) Indianapolis at Jacksonville - Jags always play them tough. (3.5) New England at Buffalo - Buffalo blew it big time last week, which would probably motivate most teams, but Buffalo isn't one of them. (2.5) Oakland at N.Y. Jets St. Louis at Minnesota (7.5) Tampa Bay at Carolina (5.5) - Congratulations to the NFC South Champion Carolina Panthers! (7.5) N.Y. Giants at Philadelphia San Francisco at Seattle (16.5) - Not comfortable spotting that many points. (3.5) Washington at Arizona Baltimore at Denver (14.5) Kansas City at Dallas (2.5) Miami at San Diego (13.5) Detroit at Green Bay (5.5) - Surely to God they can beat those guys. New Orleans at Atlanta (10.5) Pittsburgh - 17 pts. Defensive struggle. Minnesota - 28 pts.

The former is Yankee haters. The latter is Yankee fans.

You sound like you're describing the Director's Cut, which was actually quite good. Obviously Elektra is still there, although greatly reduced in importance, and the 30 minutes of story cut helps a lot.

Oh yeah, the series is great. Although I prefer Goblet of Fire & Half-Blood Prince.

That's probably a large part of the reason why Pyro became so popular in the second X-Men film.

They are pretty close though. http://www.boxofficemojo.com/showdowns/cha...harrypotter.htm

The Suns. The only reason I like them is because Nash is there.
-
This is the most interesting thing there as it clearly shows that Vince is way behind the times. It is because they are dominant that they will get face reactions. They'll seem like stars while the guys they clobber will look like losers.
-
No kidding. By the second half of the Chiefs/Broncos game I chose to watch the commercials rather than bothering to switch to the Pats/Jets.

If you cancel the brand extension, you immediately increase the workload on the all the employees. Weren't we worrying just two weeks ago that the schedule was too hard already?

Atlanta at Carolina (3.5) - I might be kicking myself for this one later since Atlanta has a history of beating Carolina. But Carolina is coming home after a couple of tough road games, so I'm going with them. Buffalo at Miami (4.5) Cincinnati at Pittsburgh (3.5) - The Bengals eventually have to beat somebody good, right? Dallas at N.Y. Giants (3.5) - Dallas came close to beating the formerly, but no longer overrated Broncos. Green Bay at Chicago (7.5) - Green Bay may suck, but they always keep it close. Houston at Baltimore (7.5) - I can't spot 8 points to that offense. (3.5) Jacksonville at Cleveland (3.5) Minnesota at Detroit (3.5) Tampa Bay at New Orleans Tennessee at Indianapolis (16.5) (3.5) Arizona at San Francisco (3.5) Washington at St. Louis (1.5) Denver at Kansas City N.Y. Jets at New England (10.5) - How do these guys get spotted 11 points? Oakland at San Diego (11.5) (4.5) Seattle at Philadelphia - I really hate picking all of these road teams. Pittsburgh - 28 pts Minnesota - 31 pts
