Nate already said it, but Yoshino/Doi. That match last Impact was the balls. I know TNA won't do this as they have just entered into a deal with CMLL, but I think a tag team of Dr. Wagner/El Hijo Del Santo would get over huge in the States. Both are legends in Mexico, and Wagner speaks English and has charisma to spare.

Now there's something I can agree with! The '03 feud AMW had with XXX is about as perfect a tag team feud as you can ask for. AMW was 0-4 against XXX, unable to overcome the numbers game, but finally gets them in a cage for a straight 2-on-2 match. Good stuff. For current teams, I'd love to see a lengthy MCMG - LAX feud. I didn't think I'd say this two years ago when LAX was the hottest heels in the company, but they're great as faces too. That could work with MCMG as the heels, LAX as heels, or both faces.
-
I agree. As a filler tag team I'm fine with the pairing, and would be fine with them winning the titles if they're kept together awhile. In the meantime though, use them to put over LAX, maybe feud them with Motor City Machine Guns after the X-Cup is over.

LuckyLopez said exactly why my post was "fucking necessary." It's really tiresome watching every thread in this folder devolve into TheTruthiness Knows Best. Look, we know you think TNA sucks. That's fine, that's your opinion, and message boards exist for the espousal of opinions. But it's the same shit over and over, and it's every thread.
-
Here's a better idea. How about you just stop posting in this folder? I think that would be best for everyone.

Impact was a damn good show last night. Curry Man - Koslov was entertaining, and MCMG - Doi/Yoshino was great. Joe - Kazarian, AJ - Angle. Good stuff all the way around.

Can we get a separate thread for you guys to have your pissing matches?

As an Obama supporter whose opinion means jackshit, this being my first time venturing south of the rasslin portion of the board, I do think Hillary staying in may be beneficial to Obama. He won't looked stunned like John Kerry when the Republicans start throwing punches because he's already been there and learned how to leave no charge unanswered.

The smoke-and-mirrors nature of politics is funny. A lot of comparisons were made in the last three months to McCain's waltz to the GOP nomination and the Democratic struggle. Except, McCain was winning states like Missouri with 33%. Fun stuff.

Put over the top by another undeniable fact, that Barack Obama followed rules and didn't put his name on the Michigan ballot. If having no contingency plan for not winning Super Tuesday in a landslide is magnificent, then I guess so.

This is true, can't dispute that. Monty Brown really should have had a title reign, namely in late 2004/early 2005. Joe should have won the belt in late 2006. I also think they could have pulled the trigger on Chris Harris last summer.
-
(long argument) I say it's a trend. You deconstruct each title reign individually to dispute my claim. What words am I putting in your mouth? When did I say this "isn't a trend"? I merely made a few points on the examples. And jeez, one paragraph is a "long argument"?
-
This would make twice in less than 30 minutes that something I didn't say was attributed to me. Am I missing something? I didn't say it's not a trend, was just making a few points on the guys mentioned. Personally my favorite title reign in the company was AJ Styles' first. I wish Monty Brown had been given a reign. And so on. I do think booking WWE castoffs too strongly is a weakness of the company: notice I didn't mention Kurt Angle? He shouldn't have been anything more than a JTTS to put over Samoa Joe, AJ Styles, and yes Christian or Tomko.
-
Let's see: JTTS? Check. Jericho was fed to Goldberg not long before leaving, Christian to Cena. Mid-card title runs? Check. Jericho had the TV Title run in his last stretch, Christian was a perpetual IC holder/contender. Over with the fans for good mic and ring work? Check. So that's "nothing" alike? That's true. Jericho did get the IC quickly though, and had the Triple H "title win" within 6 months of being in the company.

YAWN. 30 seconds for the caricature to show up, that's got to be some sort of record. I didn't compare the debuts, I compared where the two were located in the card in the companies they left and their being pushed by their new organizations right away because that's what fans wanted to see.
