Someone correct me if I'm wrong. My understanding was TNA didn't want PWG going through third party sellers like Highspots as opposed to out-and-out banning TNA talent from working the fed, and it was PWG's decision to pull those guys.

The ROH board makes me sad for humanity. I know what you're saying King Cucaracha, I'm just saying a feud with TNA wouldn't require that commitment from ROH, it would be piggybacking off what TNA already has. Obviously it's not like it matters since this is a pipe dream that'll never happen.

Who ARE these people? And who's to say a feud with TNA "is not needed"? Are you in charge of booking ROH? If the circumstances were right, why wouldn't national TV exposure be "needed" for ROH? TNA is a much better fed -- even with the crazy booking of late -- than CZW and has a cable TV deal. If you think Gabe wouldn't want to get his company some more exposure, and thus more fan interest, keep dreaming.

So long as Russo or Dutch Mantell weren't allowed anywhere near it, an ROH-TNA feud would be all kinds of awesome.

Apples to oranges. You have to take into considering in those 11 years the face of television changed dramatically with so many more cable options to choose, and of course satellite TV. In 1988 you've got maybe 25 channels to choose from. In 1999 you've got over 300.
