No, his foot was down. Even the coach on the other team had no problem admitting his foot was down. I don't think playing a Ravens team classifies as an easy matchup, but it is cabbageboy. They also had the NFL's #1 ranked schedule. Watch at about 9:28. I don't see how you can say that is CLEARLY down. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dnI9tvUqjDA..._winning_catch/ But it is so close I totally understand it not being overturned.

well agree to disagree I guess.

Well all I ask is do you know the angle I'm talking about? Like I said it was hard to argue from the angles they had in the corner he was not down but that angle that was more from where say Roethlisberger was is a better angle. Not nearly as clear he was down or not.
-
Well then I guess you didnt see the angle I'm talking about because they only showed it once. I totally agreed he looked down from the angles from that corner but the angle I'm talking about was not nearly as clear.

Plus like I mentioned earlier how did Holmes not get a flag for the celebration, plus on that roughing the holder call on that FG, what was he supposed to do? He was clearly falling and there was nothing he could have done? There was alot of shitty calls that did not go Arizona's way but thats how it goes sometimes. But its flat out a lie to say Arizona only got some shitty call.

Or the replay official. How can they not thank the true MVP behind their last 2 SB victories? Both of Santonio's feet were clearly down when they zoomed in, and Warner had lost control of the ball before his arm went forward. The replay guy also sure helped the Steelers out by overturning that Roethlisberger rushing TD in the first, and the Warner non-fumble in the third. The only bad call Zona got was the roughing the passer, but they got away with a ton of holdings on Harrison and Woodley that weren't called either. I 100% disagree. The view that was more from on the field rather then the view from out of bounds looked very much so like he did not get that foot down. I hate to play the favor card but it seemed funny to me the view that was alot more in favor of him not getting his foot down was the view they showed only once. There were alot of questionable calls against the Cards. Not saying they were out to screw Arizona just saying one team usually does get some bad calls and it just happened to be Arizona.

FUCK! I hate ESPN soooooooooo much. "Are the Steelers the greatest franchise in sports?"
-
I disagree, but what I want to know is why didn't Holmes get flagged for using the ball in is celebration?

Is this all this dude does? Just call people out and throw junior high insults at them, if it's meant to be funny it's not and if you're serious, grow up.

I seen it in theaters but I remember thinking it was just ok. There were a few parts at the end I loved but overall his friend just reminded me of Ozzy kid and it couldn't get that thought out of my head.

Living in Minnesota hockey is alot bigger here then other parts of America but your second point is something i've had conversations with many friends about. The best way I personally have found to track players is their body. Seems like their number rarely gets seen on TV so if i'm watching a Wild game if i'm looking for Gaborik is just look for the little shifty dude. Overall all though I think you wrapped it all up in a neat little bow on why its hard for most Americans to get into hockey.

Well if you guys get another open spot for whatever reason i'd like to join.

wow, talk about knowing what you want!!

Well since I noticed one of my guys on the laughed at list i'll defend it. Joe Nathan. My point is he hasnt been on the DL that I can remember with the Twins and there isnt 1 closer that I would say is hands down better then him. So IF he keeps this pace up, and with his luck on not getting hurt,it seems possible he could be a legit HOF guy. Plus by the time he retires closer shouldnt be so tough to get into the HOF. All i'm saying.

Really dude,really?

I'm not a Yankees fan, but I'll bitch. Joe Mauer deserved both those MVP awards. I think Mauer is on a Hall of Fame path right now. Mauer right now has a .399 OBP. That doesn't sound superficially impressive, but let's steal the concept of an above poster. If we compare Mauer to other catchers in their first five seasons, Mauer rates third in OBP, fourth in batting average, fifth in OPS+. And he just won a Gold Glove. That's pretty impressive. I used a 400 game standard, catchers from 1901-present. Well I was thinking more of the Jeter/Morneau bickering that was going around at the time. But Mauer would have been legit. I personally believe no pitcher should EVER win a MVP.

Wow Murder/Suicide never even crossed my mind! I know what i'm dreaming about tonight!!

Joe Mauer. I'd like to think he'll be able to catch for many years to come but I don't trust him to stay that healthy. So a move to 3B will hopefully allow him to keep up the offensive numbers. He is a elite catcher now both defensively and offensively so for non pitchers on the Twins he's my bet for future HOF. Justin Morneau. Great great player that I honestly get this weird cringe when I see a catcher move inside on him just waiting and praying for a pitch left up so he can drop it off in the right field seats. The MVP season obviously helps and was deserved no matter what bitchy Yankee fans will say. But he doesnt do one thing insanely well he's just very good at alot of things. If he keeps up a pace like this I'd like to think he'd be a boarderline guy. Joe Nathan. Hes top 3 best closers in the game right now and has been pretty much since he got the job in Minnesota. Plus by the time he would be up I would like to think it will be common place for closers to get voted in. He's been amazingly healthy his entire Twins career, good ERA, the guy just has it all. A few more years like this and I would call him the closest thing for a lock on the Twins.

I dont follow your logic. Just because SOME people hate him and SOME people like him if they discuss him you come away with the circle (HA! maybe a vicious circle) you described? And when did "we all decide he sucks"?
-
If there's a comedian to hate, it's Larry The Cable Guy. My god if I were some how promised to get away with it, I would have NO problem killing him!
-
Yeah there is too much Dane Hate. It comes off as people just hating whats got very popular. Sure he's not elite, but he solid.

Bill Burr Old Eddie Murphy (Can not stress that one enough) Katt Williams Greg Giraldo

I have a calico like the one in that pic too. She will let anyone but me pet her for maybe 30 seconds then snaps and its bite city. I've heard its a thing for calicos to be just flat out mean.

I've seen some retarded endings before but that was right up there with the best of them.
