I'm not sure wwe put that much pressure on the girls. Obviously, they don't want them to be fat, but Melina, Trish, Ariel and Mickie are all full figured and still got pushed. Jenko was killed off because Frederick Forrest wasn't adjusting well to the long hours of working on a TV series. His departure bothered Depp since working with Forrest was one of his deciding factors for agreeing to doing the show. What bothers me was the abrupt departure of Hanson and Ioki. Nothing was ever explained although Hanson hinted that he would retire. Season 5 was a mess with the new characters who showed up for a handful of episodes and then suddenly left.
