The best one I saw was a photo of a laptop. It made it very clear that you were bidding on a wonderful picture of a laptop and people still bid on it.

"-- He said that Edge is the superstar who dumped a bloody mary on Amy Weber, as cited by Amy in this interview." Wasn't that rumored to have been Randy Orton?

If only the writers could have been this creative, someone like Jerry Lynn could still have a job.

My basic rule of thumb is: my likes/dislikes are almost always the exact opposite of movie critics.

I did my good deed for the day. Good luck!

WWE Uncomfortable with Batista as Champion

I'd say it was the quad injury. -
WWE Uncomfortable with Batista as Champion

Honestly, the only one I can name is HBK. And that's for obvious reasons. I think I have the best solution to the "Batista doesn't have good chemistry with HHH" dilemma....GET HHH OUT OF THE TITLE SCENE! Seriously, allow the champion to fued with someone else. Who the hell can have good chemistry with a guy who shows video packages of himself destroying everyone on the roster? No one is equal and on the level. Maybe if Batista is allowed to work with someone else he'll develop a good rivalry with them and do great business. -
I suppose I was lucky when I met Brock Lesnar in a bar. I referred to him as "Mr. Lesnar" and he didn't mind. I didn't act pushy, since he was socializing in the bar with some friends and I think he appreciated that. My friend asked him about being roommates with Shelton Benjamin and he had kind words to say about him. We didn't ask anything else about the business since he was there to get away from it for a while. He was very cool about signing some autographs for us and taking a few pictures. The only other advice I can give, as others have, is to just be cool. Don't be embarrassing in public. That, and, make sure not to be obsessive.

You speak the truth. Seriously, I'm realizing now what going into debt tens of thousands of dollars for college is really getting me.

I went to FYE today to trade in sold old music CDs. A few of them were considered to be "scratched" which I didn't agree with it. Anyway, they recommended to me that I take them to EB because they buy scratched CDs. I was somewhat surprised they recommended that I do that.

It also appears as though McNabb will be on the cover. http://www.gamercentric.com/index.php?page=viewnews&id=3589

I get the feeling that if I hung out with MikeSC in real life I would learn an awful lot: from facts to how to present an argument.

I think if he ever gets the chance to win the big one, and does, it'll mean a lot more since he is used to jobbing all the time. I'd love to hear his speech after winning the championship.

Check the computer folder. There's plenty of information there.

Well, at least her top matches the color of the hot tub. Gotta love color coordination.

I went to EB to trade in Command and Conquer: Generals for the PC. I got it as a gift and I don't play many computer games. Anyway, I just wanted to be rid of it for any price since it was a gift. They offered me $3 for it, which I ended up taking since I didn't care. I used the store credit towards a preowned copy of Bill & Ted on DVD for like $3 more, so I was happy. Anyway, as I'm waiting to be rung up for the difference, I see the other dude is already putting the stickers on it to put on the shelf. After I paid, I followed him to the preowned section and saw my $3 game with a nice $14.99 preowned price tag on it. Yeah, I got ripped off. Oh well. Bill & Ted > some game I never played.

As someone else mentioned, if they want to turn Kane face, they have the storyline just waiting to be used. At the very least he could complain that she didn't prove him with his child.

Are these newsletters even interesting anymore? I used to love hearing about who might jump ship during the Monday Night Wars (or even ECW when it existed). Those were the days.

Sorry to continue focusing on the Eagles, but what do you guys think about their WR and HB situation? WR - Mitchell is still trying to talk his way out of town - TO wants more money - Pinkston fears taking a hit - Kevin Johnson mentioned an interest in playing for Philly - Greg Lewis needs to be promoted - Do they draft a WR? - Trade Mitchell or TO, if so, for who/what position? HB - Westbrook does not have a long term deal - Buckhalter is back, but there are tons of risks - Possible trade for Bills' Henry? Wouldn't he want to start? - Draft a RB? I think they have some interesting decisions to make. The other thing I'd consider is moving Corey Simon. Walker, Rayburn, Grasmanis, and Hollis (who wants a new contract) should be fine as long as they are healthy.

I think it depends on two things, the most important is if you're playing with a winning team. When I had the Eagles win the Superbowl I could sign nearly anyone I wanted. I started a franchise with the 49ers in order to rebuild and I could hardly get anyone even though I offered them more money than anyone else. The other thing is that, seemingly EVERYONE wants to start. I've had free agent QB's, that were not picked up by any team, that I signed during the preseason and even they started to whine about starting. I only signed guys like Bledsoe and Warner to one year deals so I just let them go afterwards. Still, the game needs to take into account that some guys don't mind being backups. I often see Stately complain about Bettis' playing time and vice versa. The best franchise story I had was when Kordell Stewart was my third stringer. McNabb went down for the season and Koy was gone for 10 weeks. So, I ended up making the playoffs anyway and at the end of the year Kordell went on a hold-out and demanded money. Granted, I did sign him for the league minimum, but if it weren't for me giving him a chance he wouldn't have even played at all that year. The other thing that annoys me is people like Antonio Freeman who demand 2.0 million per year. He isn't a bad backup on a team, but his salary demands are insane. It's hard using the Eagles since you have guys like Trotter and Douglas who came back to the team in real life for the league minimum, just to play, and then have to resign them at the end of the season. I have a bitch of a time resigning the Eagles Free Agents. Other interesting things that have happened to me include: - Eli Manning had a career-ending injury during the season year of the franchise. - When I used the 49ers, TO actually did what he is doing right now. He held up the Eagles for money, it affected McNabb's morale (and others), and he was let go. Interestingly enough, he did sign with my 49ers. - I drafted a good, young safety to eventually replace Dawkins and he sent me emails right away about how he was offended that I used a high draft pick on a safety.
-
With all those draft picks, they could easily afford to trade some of them.

kkktookmybabyaway seems like an entertaining and insightful person. It's gotta be the Pennsylvania thing he's got going.

What was the point of the last segment...

I think the same could be said for the HBK/Hassan match. Who didn't know that Hogan would be coming out to make the dramatic save? -
Based on her comments on women's wrestling, she seems to understand the business better than some people who are actually running the company.

He does, perhaps in terms of getting a push. Other than that, I'd still take Christian over Edge.
