WWE To Now Exclusively Call Their Talent "Entertainers"
The Truthiness replied to QuestionMan's topic in The WWE Folder
They simply don't want to be called a sport, because they don't want to deal with the athletic commissions, and pay the taxes like a sporting event has to. It makes sense, because they are NOT a sport. They know they'll always be recognized as a fake fighting company, they're just taking the steps to get treated as such. -

You know what would be perfect? Randy Orton gets voted in over Stone Cold and HBK, defying all logic. The announcers say this is the first time Shawn has lost a fan vote at Cyber Sunday. Whatever the result, Orton, Priceless, and Manu beat down Batista to end the show. Then they reveal the next night on Raw that although it cost thousands of dollars in texts, DiBiase was easily able to buy enough votes for Randy so that they could wreak havoc. I like it, it'd shit on the fans and probably kill the Cyber Sunday concept, but still I like it. Dibiase buying #30 in the Royal Rumble in 1990 didn't kill the Rumble concept. That was the Rumble, and the fans had no say in who got in to the Rumble. -

If a movie was being made about Vince, what actor could pull it off? -

I wish it had a documentary, but I'm sold.

I was thinking that Batista feels the way Jericho robbed him of the title was a bit of a joke. So like he said, "He'll respect Jericho after Jericho beats him". I don't think Jericho has been booked inadequately, I think Batista is just being Batista. He treated Punk the same way he's treating Jericho. He felt Punk won the title because of the ass beating he gave Edge beforehand. Now he feels Jericho won the title in a fluke, that too was because of the beating he gave the guys in the match, Jericho basically came in and stole the title the last 3 seconds in the match, after Batista had laid everybody else in the scramble out. The difference between Punk and Chris, is Punk did come out and offered Batista the 1st shot; whereas Jericho has been basically trying to avoid him, which makes sense considering Jericho is a heel.

Batista really has no reason to "respect" Jericho.

http://forum.f4wonline.com/bb/viewtopic.ph...asc&start=0 So THE BOARD~! is a reputable news source now? I'm not doubting them, but come on now, let's wait for them to actually get posted. If someone takes the time to post them on the board, you'd think they would e-mail Dave or Bryan to put them on the main page so I'm sure they'll show up anyway (if they haven't already), but it's safer to wait. They had the ECW show up before it aired, so I seen no reason to think it was false, but HEY! NOTHING YOU CAN SAY! WILL CHANGE WHAT YOU'VE DONE TO ME. -

Yes, and we have 6 more to go. I didn't think I'd ever see a show put on a better episodes then Soprano's "Blue Comet" or The Wire's "Late Edition", but The Shield came close tonight.
