So Booker T just smacks Joe and they brawl? Does anybody respect Joe, you know, The champion of the company?
-
As I have said before Angle title reign up to last month was one big joke, so lets not act like TNA has set big standards for its "World Championship". Lethal is just as credible as anybody else in the company, which isn't saying much, but the point still stands. He doesn't hhave to ditch the gimmick that got him over, to get a serious push. All he has to do is tone it down a bit, if he totally abandoned the gimmick, that would be dumb. Like I've said before, he's the most over face in the company behind Sting and Joe, and it is not all because of the ciomedy aspect of his character. The fans will buy him as a legit threat, but TNA doesn't know how to sell it.
-
Next month they have the KOTM, Joe won't have legit singles match on PPV for another 2 months.
-
Lethal is over huge, and the fans would buy him in TNA's main event scene. He could tweak the gimmick, and still be taking seriously, as I said before the victories over Angle and The Dudley's proved this. It'd be a mistake for him to completly get rid of the gimmick, but he can tweak and add layers too it, and give it his own twist. I mean when it calls for him to t cut a funny promo, he can act like Macho. When it calls forr him to be a kick ass face, he could tone it down. I know its cliche to say this, but it is still truth to it. Flair wasn't the original Nature Boy, but he made it work and people end up forrgetting about Buddy Rogers. I'm not saying Lethal would make the fans forget about Savage, but he can use his current gimmick as a foundation, to build different elements to the character. Like I said, he has proven that when a feud calls for a no nonsense face, he has shined. He is way more over than Kaz, and his not a complete tool like Eric Young or Shark Boy, the fans buy him as a legit star. Kaz on the other hand is bland, no personality, and above average performer.
-
I agree with that, when Angle went out they should've just let it be Steiner Joe 1 on 1. If their reasoning behind Kaz winning the cage match was for him to get a push in the X division, I'm cool with that. But if they are giving Kaz a monster push, because of the Angle situation, that push should've went to Lethal. I seen somebody say that the X division is becoming the "Lethal Show", well that should tell TNA (the idiots) something, push Lethal in the heavy weight division, there is nothing left for him to do in the X division. Kaz also should've been the guy that beat the shit out of Eric Young, seeing as Young cost him a championship and all. I would be happy that LAX won the tag titles, lord knows this should've happened months (if not a year ago). But I have a funny feeling that the only reason TNA gave them the titles, and made Hector their manager, is because of the Konnan case. I don't see as the company really being behind the team 100 percent.

Where is the evidence that Eric Young brought in huge ratings? But as far Young being more charismatic than Kaz, I guess that is true. But is it really that hard to have more charisma than a guy like Kaz?
-
Yeah, so is Eric Young.
-
Seeing as they took the tag titles off of him and Tomko for some bullshit tag tourney, I can understand him phoning it in tonight. I don't codone it, but I can understand it nonetheless.
-
Look like DA Meltz got his shit wrong.
-
They never cared about the Steiner/Joe feud, they just wanted to milk Angle /Joe one more time before going with the Nash/Joe program.
-
I don't see where this is too much of a problem. Fact is, Kaz is more recognized with the heavyweights than Lethal, and is just as deserving of the push. They've got to rebuild Lethal anyway. Kaz has never beaten Angle cleanly,Kaz has never beaten The Dudley's by himself, Kaz is bland, and Kaz was tagging with a super Hero and feuding with monsters 2 weeks ago. Kaz is in no way just as deserving of a push, as Lethal, no way at all.
-
They had to chance to push Lethal to the moon tonight, but they opted to push Kaz. Brilliant, just brilliant.

He has changed his finisher, he now uses the Yakuza kick. The playmaker is basically used now, as a slick way for his opponents to counter him in to near fall situations. -
Some say he was HBK's mule, so that might be a reason. I also think he's good friends with Stone Cold. I don't see guys like Venis and Richards getting fired either.

That was a great match, and once again Morrison proves why he's light years better than Punk.
-
That was a great spot by Morrison.
-
Melina must be loving this match.

Actually, it was being good friends with that black guy, that caused Hayes to get suspended. -

He had a brilliant retort to people who complain about his attire, I don't know where to find it. But he basically said that, people are bitching about him wearing a legit sport suit, but cheering guys in glorified underwear. -

You all knew that Cabbageboy has been waiting to say that since Monday. -
Jesus Christ. Do you realize that makes no sense at all? Edit: Also Dreamer losing to Knox is acceptable, Knox is getting better and a lot of that has to do with Tommy. It's Tommy's job to make a guy like Knox better, and he has done it well.
-
Chavo? Awesome? You've got visions of the wrong Guerrero. Awesome might be the wrong word, but in ECW he's a step above everybody else, not named John Morrison and Miz.
-
The difference between Chavo and Knox, is Chavo awesome.
