I hope this wasn't a attempt at being funny, because...It was pretty corny. The treatment has plent potential CB.
-
Off topic, but Curry can you explain to me that quote in your sig?
-
It's funny how "fans" takes a thread paying respect to a great perfomer, turn in to a WWE smear campaign, and in the same breath say WWE is distasteful.
-
Could a wrestling brand work without titles? I always thought the same thing. I don't think so but it'd be cool if some company tried the idea. The trick is how would you decide who is "the guy"?

Don't Stop Believin' - Journey Just a small town girl Living in a lonely world She took the midnight train going anywhere Just a city boy Born and raised in South Detroit He took the midnight train going anywhere A singer in a smoky room A smell of wine and cheap perfume For a smile they can share the night It goes on and on and on and on {Refrain} Strangers, waiting, up and down the boulevard Their shadows searching in the night Streetlight people, living just to find emotion Hiding somewhere in the night Working hard to get my fill Everybody wants a thrill Paying anything to roll the dice Just one more time Some will win, some will lose Some were born to sing the blues Oh the movie never ends It goes on and on and on and on {Refrain} Don't stop believing Hold on to that feeling Streetlight people I get it.

Christopher wasn't a rat, he was a sniveling drug adiict, but there is nothing to prove he was a rat.

After watching the encore, I can live with the ending, I got closure from it. Carlo Flipped and is going to testify. The Gun Charge is going to stick. Tony is going to finally be indicted on a RICO predicate. Meadow is getting married. We'll have a movie in about 4 years.
-
Agreed, and the Blue Comet was the best thing ever.
-
Yeah it was a ode to I dream of Jeanine Cusamano, but that was a happy ending. This ending was building to a murder of sorts.
-
If people really thought their cable went out, they might be a bit retarded...Just saying.
-
Naw the exact quote was something like Bobby saying "You probably don't even hear it when it happens" and Tony replied "Ask your friend, the one on the wall" talking about a deer Bobby killed hunting. The whole "You probably don't even hear when it happen" thing was shot too shit, because Bobby heard and felt it happen to him at the train store.

it's not like Meadow and AJ havent changed their minds before...at least Meadow had more stability I don't get how you can be happy with a non dramatic ending when that's what was promoted I can see some people being happy with the ending. I might be happy with it, after watching it again. I think you really have to get the inside joke of the show.

You're right Hawk, I did enjoy the show. I guess I wasn't ready for them to actually add a new storyline with Carlo, seeing as we'll never see how it played out. Then Pauile becoming so "soft" caught me of guard, and I really wanyted to see the "Guy in the Ice Cream parlor" and Tony have a confrontation of sorts, but I can live with the ending, but I'm just...I don't know.
-
The thing is, they did a good job making you think AJ, Tony, and Meadow was getting killed, but then they just didn't go all the way it seems. I was hoping Paulie became the Boss, but he became a bit of a bitch, and didn't even want the Aprile crew. Which has always been the most lucrative crew in the family, and it was the job he always wanted and was mad that he was looked over on, so many times. Tony had to basically force him to take it, and he wasn't even happy about finally gettimg the job. Is Sil dead? I'm pretty sure Carlo flipped. Who is the Boss of New York? Why would George give a fuck about "The little Pygmy thing in Jersey" and serve as a mediaor for Brookly and Jersey. George benefits more by watching the 2 families kill eachother, or better yet he'd benefit more if he just picked up the scraps after Jersey lost the war, seeing as Brooklyn would take a huge hit in winning the war. George would also be able to put the muscle to Brooklyn while they try to rebuild after a meaningless war with Jersey. Butchie and Albie both looked like they were legit scared shitles of Tony, and that makes no sense seeing as Butchie has been trying to ush the ar since the end of Season 6 a. This was just confusing.

What just happened? I don't know, if I'm mad or just confused. I'll have to watch it again, but that was just weird.
-
Yeah, that is way off, and would be really fucking stupid. 2 gold is right, there is 3 different endings to the show and I think that 1 is very good and has the potential to be classic, the other is passable, and the last makes the last 8 years look like a fucking joke.

I read the spoiler, it sounds on the money, and I hate myself for reading it.

Thanks Vitamin X, my grammar is bad thats why I don't post much. I don't see how people think Melfi could've left years ago an "the show wouldn't have missed her". A lot of Tony's actions has been inadvertedly guided by Melfi. She was unknowingly the person helping Tony run his operations, when he had problems with his business, Melfi was the one who usually put ideas in his head, and he would act on them in at times very violent way. She finally figured out she was doing mor harm then good with Tony, and decidd to end the relationship. She went about it in the wrong way, like most psychologist, when they figure out they can't solve the problem, they start becoming legit drug pushers, just like Melfi did with Tony. I think Melfi/Tony relationship, was Chase's way of saying "Talk Therapy" is basically a bullshit field, that rarely works in the end result.

A few things, Paulie has been like "fuck New York" for q while now. Every since he found out Johnny Sack was just using him to get info on the Jersey crew. Sacramoni had been telling him that Big Carmine (the boss of NY at the time) wanted Paulie to join the NY faction, but it was all a big lie and Sacramoni was using Paulie like a douche. Paulie found this out a bt a party, when he finally talked to Carmine, and Carmine didn't even know who Paulie was. Every since then he knew that he could only trust Tony, and regain a new sense of loyalty to the Soprano family, since he's been with the family for 2o something years, and was Tony's dad best friend. Tony also wanted to be like Paulie growing up, he sees Paulie as a uncle. He took the picture thing kind of hard, but he knew Tony was mad about pie o my, and that he thought Paulie was making fun of him. Paulie knew it was nothing against him, he knew Tony was basically a emotional wreck at the time. The Money thing with Carmella, was basically human nature. Everybody thpoight Tony was gone, and everybody wanted the top spot. Givinig Carm 100, 000 grand seemed kind of dumb, if Tony was going to be dead. The money could've went to running the operation, and Paulie knew Carm would be taken care of if Tony died anyway. Seeing as Tony had millions hid away, Paulie was basically thinking "Why kick up to the Queen, if the King is dead, and she doesn't even know about it". This is basically these guys nature, when it comes to the money. History has it anyway, that Paulie has een skimming off the top for years, Sil and Tony have known for year, but it never made that bif a difference since they knew the guy Paulie was, that's why they taxed him more then the other earners. When Carm told Tony, that Paulie (and Vito) acted kind pissed about giving her the money, he shrugged it off and said "SO". He knew that would happen if he would die, that's why he wasn't offended by it. If anything, Tony wanted to Kill Paulie ore then Paulie wanted to kill him, and almost this earlier this season on the boat, while they were inFlorida when the feds were looking in to the Billie Overalls murder (Tony's 1st hit, which Paulie coached him on). This trip also made Tony realise that Paulie is probably his most loyal guy, along with Bobby and Sil. He came to the realization Paulie was just lonely, with no family, and that is why he's so annoying. He has nothing to live for. I don't think it'd make any sense with the storyline, for Paulie to flip and Kill Tony in the next episode, that'd take more then one episode to build in to something so dramatic. ________________________________________________________________________________ ____________________________________________________

It was a alright episode, I thought it could've been better. After watching the Blue Comet sunday, nothing less then Shane, Ronnie, Aceveda, or Claudette getting killed wouldn't have lived up to the hype of this finale.

Mcmahon is awsome...

I am, I have loved Vince since Backlash, and I'm loving this new psychotic Vince. "GIT, GIT, GIT..." I think Raw as a whole was wondeful, I enjoyed all the matches, and the Vince storyline was awsome.

That was good.

I'm all for a Khali/Umaga feud.
