I have a bottle of Dave's gourmet Insanity sauce and it is probobaly the hottest sauce I have ever had, I put my finger on the rim of the glass and tasted it, I swear I drank a gallon of water and the sting was still around for awhile. On the bottle it said it can also be used to take grease stains off of driveways...hahaha. There is a special edition of this hot sauce, but you have to sign a waiver to buy it.

Here in Calgary there is a restaraunt where you can try different hot sauces. Well, I'm a hot sauce freak and love anything hot so I tried the hottest one, made of halbrenos(sp?). Oh damn, that was hot! It was still stinging three hours later.

They have it here at a resteraunt called, "north of the border" I know if you do a search on yahoo for hot sauce there is plenty of websites that sell them.

I think the insanity sauce is mainly to use to put like a tablespoon in a huge stew or soup to give it a kick. The stuff is just too ridiculous to use as taco sauce.

I might be going to a "Fancy Food Show" convention this week, and hopefully they'll have some good hot sauces there to sample (like they did last year). I'll let you know the names of the good ones.

I've had "homocide" ribs at place called Woody's in Windsor. It's actually not too bad if you eat it in the restaurant, but if you get it delivered, that sauce sinks right into the meat, and then... damn!!

that's the way you should be eating it though. it should take at least 15 glasses of water after a hot meal is done.

Do you mean "homicide?" Or are these wings bright pink?

It's all about Rooster Sauce. I don't know how to pronounce it right so I don't even try. This stuff is essential.

yeah man! That stuff rules... My friend used to have it. When we goto the one Chinese Buffet, I mix it with my shrimp sauce and then dip the shrimps in it. yum!

You can buy the insanity sauce at most chili shops in small Texas towns. I have made 2 hour drives to West Texas for a homemade Hot Sauce that the maker/creater calls Diabo's eye. It's almost un-useable it's so hot.

The Insanity sauce down here has a warning on the bottle, but I've never had to sign a waiver to buy it.
