That's actually how I caught the edit. When they had the "replay" after the commercial break Taker's tapping came exactly at the third count. I didn't notice it "live" though. Guest HartFan86 Report post Posted July 6, 2002 I was there in Boston for the SD tapings and I was surprised they re-taped it. The original ending had Taker tapping on Angle's shoulder, not the mat. The editing was poorly done. If you notice, everyone is sitting down during the regular crowd, but as soon as they cut to the fake crowd, it's like Wrestlemania 18 all over again, they are going insane. Oh well.
