I am currently expanding on my website at www.angelfire.com/wrestling3/wrestling-a-holic/Page1.html and I ran into some questions I would like anwsered:

 

First, how do I post images such as screenshots and animations on my website? I been trying for a while.

 

Second, how do I post other people's columns onto my website? Hitman1296 wanted to post his work on my website but he didn't know how to post and I don't either.

 

And finally, how do I add sound to my site?

 

I would really appericate it if these questions are anwsered.
