- Screen goes to black and white and right before I put my foot through my TV, the nWo come out. nWo opening up the PPV?? How odd. JR doesn't like nWo, go figure. Diesel talks about the heat him and the rest of the nWo gets from the "boys" and what they say about them. And Damnit, THAT HURTS HIS FEELINGS. All they want is a chance damnit. CAN'T YOU GIVE THEM A CHANCE? Razor gets the mic, and gets a big pop for Hey Yo. He isn't the bad guy. THEY ARE MARKS. LIKE YOU GUYS READING THIS. Razor just wants to work with the WWF stars. He even wants to drink some beer with the boys, but Diesel stops him before the AA drag Razor away and we never see him again. Hogan gets the mic and says he wants a chance. JUST A CHANCE. Hogan thanks Vinnie Mac for the opportunity, and thanks the fans and God bless America. Eh, Whatever. WTF They opening the show anyway?

 

- Tag Team Turmoil. Winner gets Tag Title shot's at Wrestlemania.

 

- Match #1: Team Hungry Dancing Hippo vs. New Team Canada

 

S2H and Storm start out. Storm with a headlock and knocks S2H down. Leap frog by Scotty leads to a hip toss/flip which turns into a roll up two count by S2H. Hippo tagged in and body press to Storm and Swing-a-ma-gig to Christian. Scissors boot to Storm for two. Albert knocks Christian off the apron and Storm ends up hitting a kick for two. Double team on Albert, and S2H is tagged in. Lance is thrown out of the ring and Christian goes for a reverses DDT but gets a superkick for two. Albert goes for double splash in corner, but misses, and goes over top rope with Storm. Bulldog to Christian by S2H. Scotty goes for worm but its blocked by Storm, and Christian gets Unpriettier to end first match. **. Eh, it is what it is. Nice opener.

 

- Tag Match #2: New Team Canada vs. Hardy Boys

 

Reverses neckbreaker by Matt to Storm and a double team front pancake to Christian. Matt with a powerslam and goes to the top rope but gets kicked down by Storm. Storm tagged in and legdrop gets a two count. Storm gets a jaw breaker and dropkick for two. Tag to Christian. Matt fights back, but gets a kick to the face, but then gets a stun gun to Christian. Double tags and Jeff gets the low blow legdrop to storm and clothesline to Christian. Rolling Russian legsweep into a roll up on Storm gets two. Maple Leaf to Jeff but Matt breaks it up. Twist of Fate attempt to Storm but Christian stops it, and gets a side kick by Storm to the face for his worries. Twist of Fate into Swanton on Storm for the win. ***. Real nice, from all four. Best match of the series.

 

- Tag Match #3: Hardy Boys vs. Dudley Boys

 

Stacy, ahhhh, I love you. Big brawl to start. Poetry in Motion to Bubba but Bubba stops Poetry in Motion to D'Von. D'Von with a powerslam for two. Tag to Bubba and Bubba with a standing leg lock which Matt breaks up. Fake tag to D'Von and D'Von gets a tornado elbow for two. Tag back to Bubba. Bubba powerslams Jeff and goes to middle rope, but gets low blowed by Jeff, but Bubba fights out of a superplex attempt and misses a senton. Does He EVER hit that move? Double tag, and Matt DDT's Bubba, and kicks D'Von in the face, setting up second rope leg drop for two. Double team Russian Leg Sweep/Reverse DDT by Hardy's to Bubba. Very Nice. Twist of Fate to Bubba, but Stacy stops it. CAT FIGHT!!!!!!!! Bubba goes to attack Lita, but Matt stops it to get a Bubba Bomb. Litacarana to Bubba and Bubba lands on the outside. Jeff goes to top rope and planchas onto Bubba. On the inside, D'Von goes for a reverse DDT but Matt reverses it into a rollup for 3. D'Von attacks Matt afterwards. Bubba and D'Von 3-D Jeff on the floor. * 3/4. Dudleys vs. Hardys is getting old. Get something new.

 

- Match #4: Matt Hardy (W/ Lita and an Unconscious Jeff Hardy) vs. The Ambitiously Gay Duo

 

Double team work on Matt, which ends into a Jungle Kick with a Fame-ass-ER for the 3. - ***. COME ON. YOU CAN DO WAY BETTER THEN THAT.

 

- Match #5: The Ambitiously Gay Duo  vs. APA

 

Another brawl to start. Farooq with a second rope shoulderblock to Chuck for two. Bradshaw tagged in and just beats on Chuck. Chuck comes back with a clothesline and discuss punch. Bradshaw ends up catching Chuck and fall away slam. Farooq tagged in and double shoulderblock for two. Billy comes in and neckbreaker to Faarooq. Illegal double teaming on Farooq. Total beat down on Faarooq. Billy goes for Fame-Ass-ER but gets a spinebuster that just looked awful, as usual. Double tag and Bradshaw cleans house. Out of no where, Billy gets a Clothesline from Texas and APA is going to Wrestlemania. 1/2 *. APA sucks, SO WHY NOT PUSH THEM??

 

- Wrestlemania Promo.

 

- Ric Flair is backstage with Michelle Cole. Flair talks about nWo. Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah. Talking about respect and their is Taker. Taker threatens Flair, and he makes Flair think. Ugh, Christ, filling MY PPV with crap.

 

- Mr. Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday-Friday-Saturday and He sleeps on Sunday Night vs. TAFKA Dusty Dust.

 

Goldy attacks RVD quick and pounds on him on the outside. Back in the ring, and RVD hits a Van Daminator with no chair. RVD with the shoulder thrust/moonsault combo in the corner. 420 Legdrop to Dusty then a flipping moonsault for two. Dusty Dust gets out of their, but comes back and pulls RVD out of the ring and pounds on him. DA King lets us know his favorite movie is American Pie. RVD gets Goldylocks on the railing and 420 legdrop off apron. Back in, RVD uses ropes to hit Goldy in midsection, but Golden Dustin Dust hits a knee, then flies out and elbows RVD. Goldust with a BUTT bump (??) for two. WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU EVEN SELL THAT MOVE? Dusty tries to bend RVD four hundred and twenty ways from Sunday, using the ring post. Very odd move. Dusty slingshots RVD into the ropes and RVD comes back landing on Dustys knees. Dusty gets a kneedrop for two. Slingshot again and RVD lands on his knees again. Camel clutch to RVD. RVD tries to get out, but gets squashed under Goldylocks. RVD finally gets a low blow, but gets clotheslined back down for a two count. Goldust goes for a hip toss, but RVD reverses it into a backslide. RVD hits a spinning heel kick and Rolling High Monkey Flip. RVD goes to the top rope, but slips, causing boos. RVD gets back to the top and kicks Goldy in the face for a two count. Rolling Thunder gets two. Glodust tries to get an uppercut, but RVD reverses it into a backflip. RVD goes for 5 Star, but misses and gets a DDT for two. Dusty Dust goes for Curtain Call #1, but RVD gets out of it and spin kick to Dusty again for a two count. Goldylocks goes for a bulldog, but RVD throws him off, then catches Dustys boot for a spin around spin kick. ***** and Goodnight. *** 1/2. Very nice match. New it would be good due to RVD, but Dusty was able to keep it up, using that southern style most people like.

 

- Fanatic Series promo for Rebellion.

 

- Austin meets the nWo. nWo go through all of Austin's nicknames. WHAT? Hall is holding beer, WHAT?, should he be doing that? WHAT? Hall goes to give it to Austin, WHAT? but Austin isn't thirsty, WHAT? Hall insist, and Austin takes it. WHAT? Austin throws the beer away and walks away leaving the nWo in awe, about what is Debra stuffing up his ass.

 

- WWF Tag Team Title Match. Midget Madness © vs. BTNT

 

Test beats on Taz. Taz fights back with an elbow and clothesline. Spike tags himself in and missile dropkick Test and dropkick to Booka's knee. Test goes for a powerbomb, but Spike gets out of it. Test picks Spike up and Spike gets a rollup but Booka's distracts the ref. Of course, Blame the black man when someone isn't doing their job. Booka is tagged in and they hit a version of the Heart Attack using Booka's Harlem Sidekick. Booka pounds on Spike. Test tagged in, and they just beat on Spike some more. Spike fights back, and goes for an Acid Drop, but gets tossed into the ropes and falls to the outside, where he gets beat on by Booka. Test gets a two count. Tag to Booka and Booka hits an Ax Kick and a SPIN A ROONIE. THE GREATEST MOVE IN HISTORY. And we all know NOVA invented it. Spike his Booka with a Tornado DDT. Tazz is tagged in and gets a Northern Lights Tazplex on Booka for two. Taz ducks big boot, but gets put in a full nelson. Booka runs at him and both him and Test duck and Booka gets thrown out. Tazz goes for Mission, but Test gets out of it to get an Acid Drop for a two count. Test gets a rollup with feet on the rope, and Jack the Zebra stops it, and bullies Test around and pushes Test into a Mission for the tap out. * 1/2. Mostly a squash. Nice to see the man hold down the minorities. YEAH, I AM TALKING ABOUT CANADIANS.

 

- New Tough Enough 2 commercial. Pretty funny.

 

- Rock promo. Pretty useless stuff here.

 

- Wrestlemania 18 promo.

 

- Intercontinental Title Brass Knuckles on a Pole Match. Edge vs. William Regal ©. Uhhh, Regal should still have the commissioner role instead of wrestling. Ref. still checks Regal for knuckles as Edge attacks him on the outside. Edge gets a clothesline and a suplex. Edge goes for the knuckles, but Regal stops him, but gets backbody dropped for a two count. Regal knocks Edge down and climbs on top of him to get knuckles, but Edge pulls him down and gets a dropkick. Regal goes to throw Edge over the top rope, but Edge lands on apron and goes for knuckles to no success. Edge and Regal brawl on the outside. Ugh, shoot me. Edge goes for knuckles, but Regal stops him for two seconds, and gets a missile dropkick by Edge for two. Regal picks Edge upside down and drives him into the ropes. Regal uses the ropes in an abdominal stretch. Edge gets out of it and throws Regal over the top rope. Edge goes for knuckles again, but Regal throws him off the top rope into the railing. Tiger driver on the floor. Back in, Regal Stretch is locked in on Edge and Edge mysteriously bleeds from the mouth. Edge gets to ropes. Another Tiger Driver for a two count. Regal goes for knuckles, but Edge drops him on the ropes. Edge goes for knuckles, but Regal pulls him down. Regal attempts a powerbomb off the ring apron, but I am guessing Edge tried a rana, but they both just fall to the floor. Looked nasty. Edge and Regal fight on the top rope, and Regal FINALLY gets the knuckles, but Edge backdrops him off the top rope before he can use them. They both go for the knuckles, but Regal kicks them out of the ring. Edge gets a Edge-O-Matic for two. Spear from out of nowhere, and instead of making the logical pinfall, Edge goes for the knuckles. Regal hits Edge with ANOTHER pair of knuckles, and Regal retains the title. *. This was horrible. Just way too long, with a terrible swerve ending. If its Regal vs. Edge at Wrestlemania, I am going to do something very bad. LIKE WRITE ANOTHER BAD REVIEW ABOUT THEM.

 

- WWF Says This May look cool, because it is. Our wrestlers get a lot of money, a lot of fame, and a lot of women. Oh yeah, don't try this at home.

 

- Angle tells Lillian that Steph is going to do a fair job as a ref. tonight. Angle says he is better then HHH because he has gold medals. Angle says he is going to be HHH's Daddy or something. Whatever. He's going to Wrestlemania.

 

- Rocky Balboa vs. The OlderTaker.

 

Rock comes running down and big brawl. Taker ends up stuffing his knee into Rocks neck. Phantom punch knocks Rock down. Punch, Punch, Punch, Punch. Rock comes back with a bad swinging neckbreaker. Taker chokes on Rock some more. Taker pounds on Rock in the corner but Rock fights back. Rock walks straight into a side walk slam for a two count. Taker still works on the neck of Rock. Rock fights back and gets a knee. Taker beats on Rock some more.

< Yawn >. Taker goes for a boot, but Rock ducks and Taker gets tangled in the ropes. Rock knocks Taker to the outside and another brawl starts. Rock slams Takers head into the announce table. and cleans off Spanish announce table. They both look at the table like Vince looks at Steph's ches....uhhh dress. Taker dumps Rock on the railing and takes a breather on the steel steps. They fight into the audience. Taker goes to whip Rock into a door, but Rock reverses, Taker then throws Rock into a door. Oh jeez. Back to the ring, Taker slams his elbow in Rock. Taker leg drops Rock on the ring apron and gets a two count. Taker goes for another pin and gets another two count. Rock fights back, but Taker gets a swinging DDT for a two count. Taker gets Rock in a bear hug. Ugh. Rock fights back and gets a clothesline. Big slug fest and Rock wins. Rock gets a DDT and waits for the Rock...Buster. Rock throws an elbow pad into the audience, and gets caught with a chokeslam BUT counters with a Low blow, and Rock pounds on Taker. Rock walks into a chokeslam for a two count. Taker goes out to his bike, and can't find the pipe hidden in it. He finally gets the pipe, but Flair comes down to stop him. Chop to Taker, but Taker hits Flair with a boot. Taker gets in the ring and waits for Rock, but walks straight into a Spinebuster. Sharpshooter, and Vince runs down. Rock brings Vince into the ring and pounds on him. Taker is able to pick Rock up with a Tombstone, but Flair grabs the pipe and nails Taker with it. Rock Bottom and See Ya Later. ** 1/2. Really bad match with an all right ending. But why the hell having Flair and Vince get involved? FUCK OVERBOOKING.

 

- Mr. Perfect is at WWF NY and he shows us why is Mr. Perfect.

 

- No Way Out theme is Feel So Numb by Rob Zombie. CD is Sinister Urge, GO FUCKING BUY IT OR THE WWF WON'T HAVE MUSIC ANYMORE.

 

- Recap of Angle/HHH/Steph feud.

 

- Number 1 Contenders Match for Spot at Undisputed World Title at Wrestlemania - Special Guest Referee: Stephanie McMahon Non-Helmsly. H to the Third Power vs. Kurt Angle

 

MY, not YOURS, Special Guest Referee, Stephanie McMahon comes out wearing a referee uniform, made in leather. News Flash: Tomorrow Night on Raw, Earl Hebner wears the SAME uniform she is wearing. Steph makes Fink rephrase her name, not mentioning Helmsly, yet she is still using his old music. Angle comes out first. Then HHH. HHH and Steph have a weird staredown. Steph reminds HHH that she is ref. as Angle goes for a bunch of roll ups for fast 2 counts. HHH reverses one and gets NO COUNT WHATSOEVER. HHH takes Angle down and argues with Steph. Angle attacks from behind and beats on HHH in the corner. Steph is getting turned on, and I should be their with her, when HHH starts to strangle Angle then beats on him in the corner. Short arm clothesline to Angle. And another. Angle gets a high angle (pun intended I think) backdrop, taking both of them off their feet. They both get up, and Angle goes to clothesline HHH, but Trip's ducks and Steph gets literally 360'd over the top rope. HHH takes out Angle and dumps him over the top. HHH looks down at Steph and laughs. Angle back in and chops at HHH. Angle ducks his head and gets a swinging neckbreaker, and Tim White, YOUR uhhh Regular Referee counts the two. HHH sends Angle to the corner and waves good-bye to Steph. Ten punches to Angle, but Angle comes out of it and Three Rolling German Suplex's to HHH for a two count. Angle pounds on HHH on the outside. Back in, Angle hits HHH with an elbow for two. Angle Sucks Chant starts up. They should be cheering him, because the Olympics are now, and JESUS PEOPLE, HE'S AN OLYMPIC GOLD MEDALIST. HHH fights back, but Angle gets an over the head belly to belly for two. And another for another two count. And another for another two count. HHH fights back to get caught in a sleeper. HHH fights out of it, but Angle is able to get his own Ten punches. One punch, two punch, seven punch, ten punch. HHH counters with a powerbomb. And Mr. White gets to a nine count, before they slug it out. HHH hits a high knee and a Double A-CW Anderson Spinebuster. HHH hits a face buster for two. Angle bails and HHH goes after him. They get back in the ring, and out of no where Angle nails Tim White. Angle walks into a Duck and Pull neckbreaker by HHH. HHH checks on Timothy White, and gets a low blow followed by a Special Olympic Angle Slam. Steph runs back down holding her neck and gets a two count. Angle covers HHH again and another two count. And another. Angle is pissed and goes for the Angle Ankle Lock, but HHH is able to push Angle into Steph, KNOCKING HER OUT AGAIN. HHH hits a DDT and the crowd is able to count to four. HHH gets Tim White up again, but Angle hits HHH from behind and White it out AGAIN. FOUR REF BUMPS IN ONE MATCH WITH ONLY TWO REFEREE'S? WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON. Angle gets a German suplex then goes out to get a chair. HHH ducks it and pedigree. Tim White comes back in and gets a two count when Steph drops the McMahon elbow on White. Steph then does her version of the Rock's split legged low blow. Steph turns around and sees HHH. HHH snaps and goes to pedigree Steph, but Angle gets two chair shots and a Special Olympic Angle Slam and it is going to be an Olympic Style Wrestlemania. *** 1/2. I would say match of the night. Good thing Steph was out of the picture for about ten minutes, and a surprising win for Angle. No one saw that coming.

 

- HHH was spitting up snot or whatever in the ring while Angle and Steph celebrate. JR thinks this sucks. HHH stumbles to the back and we see Angle leave the building. "If anyone asks where I am going, tell them I am going to Wrestlemania, WHOOOOOOOO" and Angle drives off.

 

- Another Wrestlemania X-8 commercial.

 

- Rock is talking to some guy about his back when the nWo barge in. Hogan says the Rock is his son's favorite wrestler and asks for a picture. Hogan then insults the people's taste. But Oh No No No. You don't make fun of the Rock or his people without getting some witty remarks. Rock makes fun of Hall, Nash, and Hogan using their old gimmicks then leaves.

 

- Jericho is walking down The Hall Of Endless Walking!

 

- Recap of Jericho/Austin feud.

 

- Undisputed World Title Match: "Lion Heart" Chris Jericho © vs. "Stunning" Steve Austin

 

Austin out first. Then that Canadian guy who has those two titles. They talk a little and Jericho tells him to go fuck himself and that he is banging his wife. Austin replies that ALL CANADIANS SUCK, INCLUDING SCOTT KEITH. Well, that's what I heard. Jericho and Austin just play around with each other for a while. Austin ends up throwing Jericho through the ropes and goes after him. Back in Austin hits an elbow. CHOP, WHOOOOOO, CHOP, WHOOOOOOOOO, CHOP, WHOOOOOOOOOO, CHOP, WHOOOOOOOOOO to Jericho, o wait, this is Austin. Chop, WHAT?, Chop, What?. Austin smashes Jerichos head into the turnbuckle and the crowd chants What? after everyone one of them. Austin with a clothesline to Jericho and a suplex, and another Suplex. More chops in the corner and Jericho is just getting beat on. Jericho comes back with a swinging neckbreaker. Jericho with his own chops. If I was Scott Keith right now, I would be yelling "CANADIAN VIOLENCE CANADIAN VIOLENCE." But since I am me, I am yelling, "WHERE THE FUCK IS MY FOOD." Anyway, they go out, brawl a little, and come back in. Austin works the midsection in the corner. Austin goes to ram Jericho, but Jericho moves and Austin hits pole. Jericho jumps from the apron and elbows Austin. More chops and they fight down the ramp way. Austin uses the Eighteen wheeler that they have as props on Jericho. It's not Austin's fault. He threw Jericho and Jericho jumped into the eighteen wheeler himself. Stupid Canadians. Back in, Jericho goes to the top rope, but Austin stops him by having Jericho lose his balance. STUPID CANADIANS. Superplex by Austin and Austin puts Jericho on the top rope and Super Duper Plex. Austin puts Jericho back up top again and goes for another Super Duper Plex and only gets a two count. And another two count. More useless brawling. Jericho starts to pound on Austin. More chops. WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON WITH THESE CHOPS. Jericho goes for the Walls of Irvine, but Austin gets out of it. Jericho ends up slamming his knee into Austin in the corner. Jericho chokes Austin a little, and MORE MOTHER FUCKING CHOPS. Austin fights back and gets a Stun Gun and an elbow for two. Jericho throws Austin out of the ring, and Jericho goes out to get him. The fight all around the ring and this brawling is starting to get stupid. Back in, Jericho hits an elbow and goes for a Lion Sault, but misses. Austin fights back but gets a sleeper. Austin fights out of it and tries to get Jericho in the Walls of Williams. Austin goes for a back body drop, but Jericho lands out of it, and Austin tries to get a stunner, but to no avail, but gets a few clotheslines and a spinebuster anyway. Jericho gets the advantage and sends Austin into the ropes but gets caught in a powerslam. Jericho-holic Bulldog and gets a half assed Lion Sault. Jericho, who is a COMPLETE FUCKING IDIOT, MAYBE BECAUSE HE IS CANADIAN, goes for the Lion Sault again and gets two. Jericho pounds on Austin, but runs into post. Austin goes for a Nova Press but Jericho counters with a Walls of Irvine. Right now some other Canadian who has a book, who will remain anonymous, would be yelling now "CANADIAN VIOLENCE CANADIAN VIOLENCE," but Austin gets the ropes. Jericho exits and grabs the WWF title, but Austin clotheslines Jericho into Hebner.  ANOTHER FUCKING REF BUMP?? WE HAD ENOUGH IN HHH/ANGLE. Jericho gets splattered with a spinebuster on the WWF title, but that only gets a two count. Austin goes for a stunner, but Jericho reverses it into a Breakdown on the WWF Title. I must admit, that was nice, but it only got two. Jericho goes for another Jericho-Holics bulldog, but clotheslines the ref. Austin gets the Walls of Williams, and Jericho taps. Jericho gets the WWF title and goes to hit Austin with it, but KICK WHAM FUCK CANADIANS STUNNER. But nWo come out to ruin the main event. And ends up Austin kicks all their asses. But he gets tripled teamed, and Razor Ramoan gets a Jack Daniels Stunner, and Jericho leaches a pin and is still CANADA'S Undisputed World Champion. Now, If I was a senseless Canadian, who has his own book, I would make this match ************************** and scream MATCH OF THE YEAR, just because Jericho is Canadian. But since, I am a realistic New Yorker, this match was a *** at the most. Just a lot of brawling, until the finish. The nWo run in was fucking bullshit, and I think it ruined the match. Austin is most likely going to Wrestlemania against Hall, I am guessing. Rock and Hogan most definitely. And now that Angle beat HHH, who knows what the main event it.

 

- nWo still attack Austin. Austin tries to fight back, but nothing. Razor hits another Jack Daniels Stunner, so that will be his finishing move for now on I guess. Hogan gets the spraypaint, and Austin gets a nWo tattoo on his back. I think they should feel honored, he is a fan.

 

- And that is the end of WWF No Way Out 2002.

- Well, the nWo crapped up the card, except for the promo from Rock.

 

- Pretty sucky pay per view.

 

- Canada still sucks.

 

- So many ref bumps. So many run in's. So much wasted talent.

 

- Best match of the night will go to both HHH/Angle and RVD/Goldust. Worst match of the night has to be Edge/Regal.

 

- Most memorable moment: Jeff Hardy's plancha onto Bubba Ray Dudley and the nWo debut.

 

- nWoScorpion is a fucking faggot who stole my name. He can only wish he was Hollywood.

Eeeeeeeeh. To use a phrase from herein, "this is what it is". There are bootleg copies of a Bjork cover of "You Only Live Twice" floating around on the internet. Reason why it's bootlegged? Bjork never released the song, as she believed that if you're going to cover something, you should bring something of yourself to it and make the song better. This was about as cookie-cutter Scott Kieth as you can get, except without the elements that some people enjoying in a Kieth rant, i.e. his dry sense of humor, his bias towards certain wrestlers, and intelligent insults rife with pop culture references.

 

Reviewing is a tricky business, with wrestling. Most people are so tunnel-visioned to what's good that they can't think outside to conceptualize a fresh style; however, having a unique reviewing style is the only way you're going to get truly noticed and receive the recognition/fan following you want.

 

As stands, I read this to give it a fair chance, but in a different mood I'd most likely ignore it as soon as I saw what it was - a poorly-duplicated Scott Keith-style rant. And that's about as nice as I can be with it.

 

My advice would be to try and differentiate yourself. Don't use someone else's style, because that's never going to get you writing for anywhere that matters, and most people won't take what you have to say seriously, for that matter.
