This collection of randomly selected episodes from seasons two through five provide a means to an end, as in, "I mean to end this ASAP." Ahahaha...

"Shrink" originally aired 11/07/95

When office tension among WNYX staffers hits an all time high, Jimmy brings in therapist Dr. Frank Westford (guest star John Ritter) to help revive group morale. However, it seems that Dr. Westford and Lisa have shared a past relationship, causing Dave to feel even more threatened by the doctor’s presence. Bill’s method of relaxing — constructing a private cubicle — upsets some of his co-workers.

"Physical Graffiti" originally aired 03/24/96

When Lisa’s ex-boyfriend, Stewart (guest star Wallace Langhan of The Larry Sanders Show), visits New York, a jealous Dave feels threatened by the possibility of Stewart and Lisa rekindling their romance. Meanwhile, Bill and Catherine are in the throes of a huge argument, and to further exacerbate the situation, Joe uses his knowledge of technology to fuel the fire.

"Kids" originally aired 02/12/97

Jimmy implements a program that allows youngsters into the station to learn about the radio business. He has the staff baby-sit a group of rambunctious third graders so he can get a date with their teacher. However, on this day some very adult reading material shows up in the office, and this has Dave searching for the owner.

"The Real Deal" originally aired 05/07/97 (8:30-9 PM)

Bill and Lisa are desperate to save "The Real Deal," their poorly rated interview program, but luckily they stumble upon the star of television’s highest-rated series, Jerry Seinfeld (guest starring as himself). Bobbie Brown (Baywatch Nights) also guest stars.

"Jumper" originally aired 09/23/97

(First new episode to air on a Tuesday night 8:30 to 9:00 PM)

A despondent man (guest star Jon Lovitz), who is threatening to jump off the ledge outside Dave’s office, brings out the worst in Bill as the anchorman schemes to take his broadcasting career to new heights. However, the jumper has a message he wants to read on the air.

"Planbee" originally aired 09/30/97

Mr. James hires an efficiency expert (guest star Lauren Graham, CBS’s Good Company, ABC’s Townies) to do away with WNYX’s dead wood, and the staff desperately tries to save Matthew’s job. Meanwhile, Bill tries to branch into television news in hopes of leaving the radio station before he’s fired too.

"Lucky Burger" originally aired 10/14/98

Lisa goes undercover at a fast food restaurant, where she’s soon made assistant manager. David Anthony Higgins (Ellen) guest stars as the restaurant manager. Joe and Matthew dig deeper into Max Louis’s past, and learn that he has doctored up his resume.

"Flowers for Matthew" originally aired 10/28/98

Dave is amazed with the results of Joe’s "smart drink" experiment after he tries it on Matthew, turning him into a genius. Max resorts to some immature methods to get Beth to like him.

I think Bob Barron will vote for "The Real Deal". I'll vote for it, too...it is my custom title...*Casually ignores "Flowers for Matthew*

What?!? No "Daydream"? No "Office Feud"?? I'll have to re-watch some of these, but I feel a vote for "Planbee" coming along...

EDIT: Ahh, it's a wild card poll. Never mind.

Shrink-

Well by law John Ritter must be in every sitcom and he was pretty funny here. His interaction with the staff with the great even though I didnt like the ending. Bill is God as usual.

Physical Graffiti

We finally meet Stewart. This episode has the great Catherine-Bill war and the ending with Jimmy and Joe rules. Great episode all around. Bill is God as usual.

Kids-

Porno in the break room! The interaction between the kids and cast is top notch. Another great episode all around. Bill is God as usual.

The Real Deal-

Go to Kazaa. Dl this. Watch the first scene. Try not to die laughing. Best. episode. ever. Bill is God as usual.

Jumper-

One of my all time favourites as most of it invovles Phil and Jon making the audience laugh. Some hilarious scenes especially involving the jumper and Bill. Great fucking episode.

Lisa: You don't have a company in Siberia. JJ: Woops. Bill is God as usual.

Planbee-

Andrea!!!!!!!!!!! This is another great fucking episode as Lauren Graham just fit so well. The scenes with them helping Matthew and Dave and her deciding who to fire rock the party. Bill is God as usual.

Lucky Burger-

Pretty good for a season five episode. Maura Tierney carried the episode well. Bill McNeal 4 life.

Flowers for Matthew-

Another good season five episode with a what if twist with the smart drinking. I love the last line by Matthew and the Dave-Matthew interaction throughout the show rules. Bill McNeal 4 life.

If Real Deal doesn't win...I may cry

I went with the "Kids" episode.

Bill: "We don't need your education, we don't need your thought control."

btw, has anyone else noticed that almost half of the second seasons episodes are named after Led Zeppelin albums (In through the Out Door, Houses of the Holy, Song Remains the Same, Physical Graffiti, Led Zeppelin, Presence, Led Zepplin II). Yet another reason why Newsradio rules.
