"Using my TIVO, I was able to watch what happened in slow motion. Here is a report. Nash tripped over Booker's foot after Nash hit a big boot to the face on Book. After he hit the boot, Nash was running across the ring to hit Bubba Ray Dudley, who was on the apron. Because he tripped on Booker's foot, he landed awkwardly on his left knee. He immediately fell to the ground and screamed loudly. He laid on the apron as Earl Hebner appeared to give a signal to the back that Nash was legitimately hurt. The announcers acted as if he was hurt as well. They went to the finish of the match and after it ended, Nash was helped to the back was able to walk with the help of Big Show and a WWE employee. It did not appear to be part of the storyline in anyway because it didn't play any part in the match. We expect to have more on this story later tonight or tomorrow. "

I am seriously considering leaving the Internet wrestling community ala Chris Jericho. You so-called "smart marks" are ruining it for the real fans. When you post with a name like "Angle is Wrestling", that shows how much you know about the business. Nada. I know quite a bit about the business, but I don't stick my chest out and call myself a "smart mark", and I don't only cheer for wrestlers under 6" who mat wrestle.

 

When I logged onto this board tonight, I expected to see some sympathy for Kevin Nash. Instead, all I see is a bunch of 15-year-old virgins talking tough over the Internet and making light of something that...well, sucks. I'm done arguing with you people over the seriousness of Nash's injury because it's obvious that the only thing that matters to you pricks is Booker T and Kurt Angle's pushes.

 

Personally? I think it's jealousy. Jealousy that all Kevin Nash has to do is his six moves of doom to get a main eventer pop, while Booker T has been feeding off of Goldust's antics for months and still can only get a mid-card pop.

 

None of us were backstage in the WWF or WCW from 1993-2000 to witness all of these "heinous political crimes" that Nash allegedly committed, so just shut the fuck up. True. I think only about 5% of all posts here had some kind of simpathy for Kevin. I like Benoit, Booker and Goldust but none of them were even close to geting a pop like Nash did tonight. Nash is over, they aren't.
