So I quickly put this together for anyone here who missed Raw or forgot to tape it and wants to relive the memory. Keep in mind this AVI is 4 megs, and my ISP charges me real life money after 1 gig, so please, if you want to give the gift of Big Lazy injuring himself to others, put it on your own webspace somewhere or send it directly to them via ICQ or KaZaA or something.

But still, in this exclusive music video, you can remember the magic of Kev stepping into the ring, and feel the pain and sorrow of the most active 15 seconds of his life that he's given the WWE all year.

The video (DivX 3.x) can be found (link removed. Look on page 2 for an MPEG mirror)

you're a jackass.

Why? Because he supplied the board with endless hours of humor?

he did? maybe he supplied a few hhh haters with a laugh, but he came off as a complete jackass for doing so. of course i don't blame nash and hhh for all my problems so maybe that is why i don't see the humor in it.

how would you like it if a freak accident caused you to not be able to perform the job you love, and you have a bunch of jackasses making fun of you for it?

get a life.

Don't worry. We'll all tear our quads tomorrow or get hit by cars or get shot or something. Then karma will exist, I'm sure.

The injury isn't very funny, but everything else is. The match seemed like it was in slow motion, and there was some shitty wrestling going on during the rousing music. My favorite part is Big Show helping Booker up so he can chokeslam him. That shit was funny as hell. Kevin Nash standing outside of the ring the whole match and going down while walking to the face corner seemed like something straight out of Seinfeld. I don't take any joy from the fact that Kevin Nash is hurt, it's just the whole way it went down. I laughed like hell when it happened because it looked like a fluke, but now the only thing that is somewhat funny is the irony of the whole situation. Imagine if Triple H had torn his bicep while doing his water spit on January 7th. Him tearing a muscle or being in pain isn't funny, but the irony of the situation would be funny. I showed the video clip to my roommates and they thought it was funny. They have nothing against Kevin Nash and they aren't smarks, but they are used to expecting Nash fucking up in the ring. As a matter of fact, I was watching the main event with my roommate who I usually watch wrestling with and we were reminiscing over Nash not being able to take an over the top rope bump without getting extra help or do an elbow drop. When he came into the ring, we were awaiting the inevitable. I would have been playing that music during that exchange even if he hadn't been hurt. I was caught off guard by the whole thing and thought it looked like Nash was faking an injury. Let's look at what happened again:

10-15 minutes have gone by and Nash has done nothing but stand outside of the ring.

Nash gets hit by Booker T while standing on the apron.

Nash hits Booker T back and tags in.

Irish whip to Booker T and Booker T ducks.

Big boot to Booker on the return and Nash's comeback is over.

Maybe I was just expecting to laugh at Nash, which is what made the whole thing funny to me when it happened.

I was hit by a car last summer and I was almost killed in a car accident in March. I think I may be in the clear for laughing at the video clip.

We've all said a million times that it's the irony and the circumstances surrounding the injury that are funny, not the actual injury.

...and the music just adds to the laughter.

Um... why the friggin' hell is this video playing upside down?

Is it supposed to... or (in most cases) is my computer seriously screwed up?

How many careers has Kevin Nash ended or hurt? Also, where the hell did you get the idea that Kevin Nash loves wrestling?

I've watched that clip over and over and am amazed that the music is actually on cue with Nash's movements!

Me too, since I just grabbed a 42 second clip of the song and pasted it in there without any work to make it fit together. I was suprised as you

Oh, and Dreamer, hopefully if I was him, and I had been at the top for such a long time, and I had stepped on others to get there, hopefully I would have known when the time was right to get out. Or maybe I wouldn't, in which case I'd sign with the WWE and tear a couple muscles. Oh well, at least I'm a millionaire.

You notice how people only feel sad about baseball players when they die, but not when they're out injured? The feeling then seems to be "Ah, he's a man. A rich one, too. He can take it and he can afford it."

Are you playing the DivX or the MPEG version?

If you're playing the DivX...

Did you install the Nimo's Codec Pack? Did you install it with every option?

If so, uninstall, then re-install it without the G400 and bicubic filters enabled.

I just noticed...on the huge beat of the song, Hebner's puts his arms in the air. It looks kinda cool...

Yeah, that was pretty cool. Jobber, did you plan that?

Good to see someone like Dreamer has common sense here. Only in the world of dumbmasses would "Hey, he was a pretty messed up guy back stage, so him going though a painful debilitating injury and having to endure months of painful rehabilitation is worth it."

This is just like when some dumbass wrote that if the allegations of Austin beating his wife are true, he goes in the catagory with Shawn Michaels and Davey Boy Smith as guys that were good in the ring but horrible men in real life. ONLY on a smark board would being a asshole backstage be equivilant to A wife beater and a accused rapist.

You can say you are laughing at the irony and all you want. But if beniot had broken his neck the night of his comeback, it would have been woe to the wrestling world. Not one video featuring funny music would have been made. Not one dumbass comment. And if someone made one half of you would have been ready to kill whoever did it. You are all fucking morons, like it or not.

Nash doesn't love the business?? That is the dumbest thing that I have ever heard. You do realize that Kevin Nash is a Millionare. Has been one for years. He doesn't HAVE to work at all to live the good life. He doesn't HAVE to be away from his home 200+ days a year. He does it because he loves the business. I bet half the people on this board will talk about how they love the business of wrestling and all they give up is a few hours a week to watch the show...the show feature a bunch of guys killing themselves to entertain a crowd. A bunch of guys that you will turn around and claim don't love the business. If you are laughing at a man in this much pain because you HEARD that he looked out for his friends backstage, you need to get your head out of your ass and relize exactly how fucked up you view of this business really is.

[devil's advocate]

Who's to say he doesn't love the spotlight more than he loves the business? Or that he loves the money? Or that he loves travelling the country with his friends?

Some points that have to be completely guessed on and speculated about. You really think that Nash would rather spend time with a bunch of guys that he can meet up with anyway than he would his son or his family.

I know that it is general belief that everyone in the Clique was evil incarnate because the (gasp!) wanted to be bigger in the business than everyone else and looked out for each other in the process, but come on. The FACT is that the very very rich man chose to sign a contract to be on the road a certain number of days and ended up being on the road about twice those amount of days so that people would see that he really wanted to be there. There are thousands of other ways to hang out with your friends than to sign a contract and be on the road 200+ days.

And in all honest, who the hell is any of us to question the guys love for the business. You have a bunch of what ifs attached to questioning his loyalties...The what he did's definately take precedent over those.
