Guest Respect The 'Taker Posted July 14, 2002 Report Posted July 14, 2002 Kind of off the subject, but I sent a sympathy letter to Val Venis when his mother died. He sent back a personalized autographed 8x10 photo and a thank you. Nice guy. But no, not related to wrestlers I don't think. Honestly? How sincere and thankful is that? I can bet you none of the bigger 'stars', and i use the term loosely, such as Triple H would give a fucking damn if you sent them sympathy. You rule Val! Oh yeah, better contribute to the thread here eh? Hang on, this is complicated, my friends mother's best friend is related to Justin Credible...wasnt that complicated afterall was it? This has been the Taker Mark
Guest HBK16 Posted July 14, 2002 Report Posted July 14, 2002 My friend's dad is friends with Bradshaw. He got them really good seats last time they came to his hometown. And I am friends Samoa Joe, Prototype, and some other guys on the AAA roster.
Guest bob_barron Posted July 14, 2002 Report Posted July 14, 2002 What did your friends dad have to do with Bradshaw to get those seats
Guest HBK16 Posted July 14, 2002 Report Posted July 14, 2002 Well since Bradshaw is friends with my him, he got them I think it was 3 seats to a raw.
Guest Phoenix Fury Legdrop Posted July 14, 2002 Report Posted July 14, 2002 You'll all love this... I'm from Crawfordsville, Indiana, birthtown of the world's most incoherrent wrestler....THE ULTIMATE WARRIOR! Everyone around here claims to be his "cousin" or his "nephew" or his "sister" or something, but 99% of it is bullcrap. When my parents went to buy a new house in 1995, they actually looked at Hellwig's childhood home. They didn't buy it. But, according to my sister, his mom volunteers at the local homeless shelter now. God, I love it here.
Guest Jobber of the Week Posted July 14, 2002 Report Posted July 14, 2002 Saw Vince McMahon in Las Vegas on a vacation there, but didn't say anything to him or anything. I think he was there to finalize a deal selling a hotel property they bought, as that was going on at the time we were there.
Guest Jobber of the Week Posted July 14, 2002 Report Posted July 14, 2002 HULK HOGAN. For the life of me I can't think of what it was about, though. Well, there was the steroid trial, atlhough Hogan was just there to testify. There's the Russo lawsuit although that's pretty recent stuff really. I think it was 95 a woman said Hogan raped her or something and both people issued lawsuits to each other before she admitted she was just trying to get cash out of him. I'm guessing it was probably that last one?
Guest Gomezticator Posted July 15, 2002 Report Posted July 15, 2002 A girl in the indies, Looney Lane in APW, went to my high school, and graduated the year before I did. Didn't know her too well.... Other than that, no.
Guest res37618 Posted July 15, 2002 Report Posted July 15, 2002 I work with a guy who knows Buddy Landell, does that count? (LOL, I don't know if I would admit that if I knew him, but oh well) Landell lives just a few miles away from where I work (in southwestern Virginia), and every once in a while, you'll see him out and about in town. That's about as close as I can come.

There's a guy in my e-fed who claims to be Warrior's nephew (he's also from Indiana). I give him the benefit of a doubt though, cuz you never know.

I give him the benefit of a doubt though, cuz you never know. I know literally 9 people who all claim to be Hellwig's nephew, none of them are related to even each other, so there's a lot of lying going on there, I'm sure. It's funny, as much as the 'Net hates Hellwig, that's almost as much as he's worshipped in the trailer parks of Crawfordsville.
Guest swan Posted July 15, 2002 Report Posted July 15, 2002 Well since Bradshaw is friends with my him, he got them I think it was 3 seats to a raw. Bradshaw got them seats to Raw or left your friends dad raw?
Guest meanmaisch Posted July 16, 2002 Report Posted July 16, 2002 I was in a backyard wrestling fed with Chris Cash and GQ from CZW. A friend of my family wrestled against Bam Bam Bigelow when they were in high school.
