Sega, Namco and Nintendo working together?

Sega and Namco, two strong Arcade developers over the last 10 plus years are teaming with Nintendo, who at one time was a strong Arcade developer to bring forth a new 3d Board. The board is codenamed TRIFORCE, and is based on the Gamecube architecture. There is a high probability that Arcade games based on the board possibly become Gamecube *only* games as well.
