What the hell is UFO?

I know it is run by Inoki and it's star is Naoya Ogawa. They've also done a few shows in the last 3 years or so.

 

 

But what do the letters UFO stand for?

 

 

Also, is it all shoot fights or is there a mix of shoot and worked matches?
