Guest Mattdotcom Posted July 10, 2002 Report Posted July 10, 2002 "Back in late-June, if you remember, HHH was double-booked for house shows on 6/29, but due to his injury ended up performing in neither of the spots. The double-booking was not an error and HHH was actually expected to take a short helicopter ride between Providence and NYC, the sites of the shows. Credit: RajahWWF" I don't know why, but I find that extremely fuuny and NOT in a HHHater sort of way. It's just the thought of Hunter squashing Angle, getting on a helicopter, and flying away to squash someone at a RAW show... Has anyone ever done this before? I know Sting dropped from a chopper...
Guest HartFan86 Posted July 10, 2002 Report Posted July 10, 2002 That's the life. Squashing someone, taking an heliocopter, then squashing someone else...and getting paid for it.
Guest Masked Heel Posted July 10, 2002 Report Posted July 10, 2002 Thats way too funny now we all know when ever you hear the sound of a helicopter you know somewhere HHH is holding someone down
Guest LesnarLunatic Posted July 10, 2002 Report Posted July 10, 2002 how long until HHH gets a private jet for his traveling pleasure?
Guest Sandman9000 Posted July 10, 2002 Report Posted July 10, 2002 HHH already has his own personal floatation device.
Guest Dangerous A Posted July 10, 2002 Report Posted July 10, 2002 And the point to this thread is...............
Guest Dangerous A Posted July 10, 2002 Report Posted July 10, 2002 Then can we get this moved to NHB folder? Mods, Admins, anyone?
Guest TheSmarkzone Posted July 10, 2002 Report Posted July 10, 2002 Knowing the Kliq's luck, the chopper would have gone down.
Guest dreamer420 Posted July 11, 2002 Report Posted July 11, 2002 i think that shows that hhh is a good company man. of course you will say that it is because he wants to hog the spotlight and hold down kurt angle and chris jericho but you'd be wrong in thinking that way. i earned more respect for the guy after hearing that story.
Guest Mattdotcom Posted July 11, 2002 Report Posted July 11, 2002 No. The point of this thread is not to bash HHH, as I said earlier. I used the words "squash" because, as a face, that's what he does at house shows. And I didn't say discuss HHH. Actually, I agree with Dreamer. HHH was double booked, and could have easily used his influence to get the night off. But he didn't. I wanted to know if any other WWE wrestlers were known to take helicopter rides to house shows. So there is a point to this thread. And the point is not HHHating...
Guest Dangerous A Posted July 11, 2002 Report Posted July 11, 2002 I didn't really mean to demean your thread. I now know the intentions of your thread. It's too bad it was twisted into HHHate. Only on this board.
Guest claydude14 Posted July 11, 2002 Report Posted July 11, 2002 why doesn't someone just create a forum for HHHating ?
Guest Austin3164life Posted July 11, 2002 Report Posted July 11, 2002 God damn this HHHate cult religion. It's agitating me so bad.......
Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Posted July 11, 2002 Report Posted July 11, 2002 Then go elswhere. If you hate all these threads so much...why do you comment in all of them...bumping them up to the top as a result. Say what you want about HHHaters...but we aren't that stupid. And on that note...we move to NHB.
Guest Mattdotcom Posted July 11, 2002 Report Posted July 11, 2002 Wellll....now that we're in NHB, I can ask: What does HHH love more? The biz...or free helicopter rides? We all know it's blaming Jericho.....in a helicopter. (A sweaty HHH climbs to the roof of the arena, in his wrestling attire, of course.) Pilot: MMMgood evening, Game. I'm your pilot, Chris. HHH: (Spits water) Chrisuh? I think we canuh...take ituh....fromuh here...(Spits water) X-Pac enters. HHH: Thisuh...is my pilot X-pacuh.. Pilot: Xpecker? Isn't he on RAW? HHH: Doesn't matteruh...get outuh...(Spits water) Yeah, it'll go on like that for a while.
Guest LesnarLunatic Posted July 11, 2002 Report Posted July 11, 2002 now we're free to not hold back! WHOOOOO!
Guest RobJohnstone Posted July 11, 2002 Report Posted July 11, 2002 what most of the hhhaters fail to realize is that the fans want to see HHH win, especially now that he is a face. The internet fanship is only a minority to their products fanbase, they could care less about most of our opinions, as long as they make money. Yes they are a publicly traded company, I think their goal is to make money. Thanks --Rob
Guest Mattdotcom Posted July 11, 2002 Report Posted July 11, 2002 Yep, so many fans wanted to see HHH win at WrestleMain they walked out early so they could.... You're welcome.
Guest LesnarLunatic Posted July 11, 2002 Report Posted July 11, 2002 the fans want HHH to win, thru their silent reaction to him.
Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Posted July 11, 2002 Report Posted July 11, 2002 What Rob Stone fails to realize is that the fans also want to see others win too. Don't worry...HHH doesn't realize it either.
Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Posted July 11, 2002 Report Posted July 11, 2002 the fans want HHH to win, thru their silent reaction to him. Given that philosophy...the fans must REALLY REALLY want Brock to win.
Guest RobJohnstone Posted July 11, 2002 Report Posted July 11, 2002 bps I see your point but HHH still has a larger than normal fanbase. That's all I have to say. --Rob
Guest M Nyland Posted July 11, 2002 Report Posted July 11, 2002 the silent reaction is deep prayer that no more knee injuries happen.... and I do think that what happened to Nash sucks...the guy deserved that chance to ya know...shut some of the doubters up... I pity him and his millions of dollars...
Guest LesnarLunatic Posted July 11, 2002 Report Posted July 11, 2002 the fans want HHH to win, thru their silent reaction to him. Given that philosophy...the fans must REALLY REALLY want Brock to win. Nah... Brock's a heel, it's "silent awe", not "silent encouragement to win"
Guest RobJohnstone Posted July 11, 2002 Report Posted July 11, 2002 also, remember wcw's biggest problem, the face 95% of the time needs to go over in the big blowoff show, it's like an unwritten rule. --Rob
Guest Nevermortal Posted July 11, 2002 Report Posted July 11, 2002 Knowing the Kliq's luck, the chopper would have gone down. No, it just would've tore its quad.
Guest Mattdotcom Posted July 11, 2002 Report Posted July 11, 2002 Kevin Nash in a helicopter: Takes off, knee hurts, lands, tears quad. ARRRRGH! HHH in a helicopter: (See above) HBK, Hall, or X-Pac in a helicopter: Guess.
