Guest TheDames7 Posted July 11, 2002 Report Posted July 11, 2002 Without a shadow of a doubt, for me it HAS to be Cartman Joins NAMBLA. Not only was that funny, but Kenny's subplot of trying to make his mother miscarry made me CRY of laughter. Nothing beats that one for me. Then again, I haven't watched in a while....you guys? Dames
Guest M Nyland Posted July 11, 2002 Report Posted July 11, 2002 Scott Tenorman MUST DIE! is the greatest episode ever... it has the best plot and the greatest ending of any episode ever. that and "Helen Keller: The Musical" for the swerve ending as well with the kindergarten play
Guest MrRant Posted July 11, 2002 Report Posted July 11, 2002 I thought the shit episode was well thought out... as well as the Cartman's Mom 2 parter
Guest TheDames7 Posted July 11, 2002 Report Posted July 11, 2002 Scott Tenorman MUST DIE! is the greatest episode ever... it has the best plot and the greatest ending of any episode ever. Which one is that one? Dames
Guest MrRant Posted July 11, 2002 Report Posted July 11, 2002 The one where he makes Scott eat his parents and licks the tears off his face.
Guest M Nyland Posted July 11, 2002 Report Posted July 11, 2002 yes...that was the best.......I don't know why...it was so sadistic...
Guest CoreyLazarus416 Posted July 11, 2002 Report Posted July 11, 2002 I've always had a thing for the MechaStreisand and Worcestershire Sauce episodes...
Guest Ripper Posted July 11, 2002 Report Posted July 11, 2002 The Scott Timmerman show was GREAT to me. I loved that show...although the one about Catholics the other week was up there with altime greats.
Guest Ravenbomb Posted July 11, 2002 Report Posted July 11, 2002 The Scot Temmermen episode was awesome, and finally showed Cartman do something cool (was this before or after 'Cartman Land'?). The Icecream Flashback one is up there, as is the first Halloween one and the David Blane one. 'Sea Man and Swallow get to...get to work...'
Guest HollywoodSpikeJenkins Posted July 11, 2002 Report Posted July 11, 2002 The Debut of Towelie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Guest BorneAgain Posted July 11, 2002 Report Posted July 11, 2002 Scott Tenormen must die definitely. I have to say though that last night's episode nearly took the crown. That stuff with Trey Parker and Matt Stone releasing the pilot episode with digital effects was some of the funniest shit I've ever seen. the free hat thing, as sick as it was, was also great Stan: but he killed 27 babies Man in crowd: It was in self-defense!
Guest godthedog Posted July 11, 2002 Report Posted July 11, 2002 the majority of the people in this thread have already taken my answer, so i'll mention a few sub-favorites. starvin marvin in space was GOLDEN, with the marklars and pat robertson and sally struthers. the one with cartman's trapper keeper was also up there, as was timmay's first appearance. on an unrelated note, was the russell crowe show not the worst episode ever?
Guest kkktookmybabyaway Posted July 11, 2002 Report Posted July 11, 2002 Are you talking about the one where Crowe went around beating people up? It wasn't too bad. There are three levels to South Park shows -- so-so, good and golden. The Lucas episode is golden, as is the underpants gnomes, the rainforest and the NAMBLA episode. There are so many others that I can name, but those were the first three that came to my head.
Guest razazteca Posted July 11, 2002 Report Posted July 11, 2002 The Mr Hanky episodes, It's Butters, Timmy 2000, Cripple Fight are some of my favorites. Timmy Tim Tim put on the hat, don't be a jerk, put on the hat.
Guest EQ Posted July 12, 2002 Report Posted July 12, 2002 Not Without My Anus is by far my favorite episode. I didnt watch much after the movie came out, so who knows. I downloaded Not Without My Anus and I crack up all the time! "Let's search for treasure!" "Good idea. Let's search for treasure!"
Guest M Nyland Posted July 12, 2002 Report Posted July 12, 2002 yes...the Underpants Gnomes is my #2 whilst my Number #3 is a tie between "Helen Keller", "Tooth Fairy's Tats", and "Cripple Fight"... Timmy 2000 would be #4...though it can switch with "Tooth Fairy" every once in while... I haven't seen alot of new ones though
Guest razazteca Posted July 12, 2002 Report Posted July 12, 2002 Bin Ladin has Poopy Pants is also a great episode. Its done in as if it was a Loony Tune political cartoon from WWII, classic humor plus the magnifier glass spot when Bin Ladin dropped his pants is funny.
Guest Fook_Hing_Ho Posted July 12, 2002 Report Posted July 12, 2002 Scott Tennorman Must Die made me crack up for hours. The first 4th grade episode is also classic. Ms. Chokesondick: My name is Ms. Chokesondick. Stan: More like Ms. Makesmesick.
Guest HBK16 Posted July 12, 2002 Report Posted July 12, 2002 Almost all the episodes from Season 1 were awesome but the Camping and the alien one stand out the most. The Scott Temmermen was also a good episode.
Guest Intimacy Goblin Posted July 12, 2002 Report Posted July 12, 2002 I must agree with the masses that the Scott Tenormen episode was probably the greatest episode ever, but for a close second, I'd have to say the season premiere when they devoted an entire episode to Terrence and Phillip instead of revealing who Cartman's dad was definitely takes it.
Guest O.J. Hart Posted July 14, 2002 Report Posted July 14, 2002 My favorite is Cartman Land. little kid- Daddy daddy can we ride the rockets?] cartman-GODDAMNITGETTHEFUCKOUTOFMYWAY!!!!!! that still makes me laugh even after watching that part 3000 times. Also, you have to love towelie's debute. Towelie ot high and just sort of wandered off. I always get a laugh when I think of the Russel Crowe show. Tugger shoots itself when Russel starts singing. Russel beats the shit out of everyone and calls them funny names like testicle and scrotum. My least favorite was evry Starvin Marvin episode, those really lost me.
Guest Renegade Posted July 14, 2002 Report Posted July 14, 2002 Cartman joins NAMBLA is great: Guy on computer: I'm Eight and a half inches. Cartman: Whoa this dude is tiny he must be a dwarf. Sorry, i dont like midgets, midgets piss me off. Frowny face. But my all time fave right now is the Asspen episode, that is truly great.
Guest Michael Joel Benoit Posted July 17, 2002 Report Posted July 17, 2002 Got to be the debut of Towelie. "You wanna get high?"
