Guest Some Guy Report post Posted July 12, 2002 I call everything Coke. If I'm getting a Dr. Pepper, I say "I'm gonna go get a coke." Stupid Coca-cola... I've been brain-washed! I do the same thing. At a restaurant I'll ask for a "Coke" and the waitress will say, "Sorry we have Pepsi." And I say, "ok, what's your point?" It's is generally called soda here in Boston. From my travels I haev determines through and intricate study that here in the northeast it's "soda" and the mid-west and south it's "pop." I've never been further west than Chicago, so I don't know about that but it's probably "pop." People are so stupid everywhere else.
