Guest HollywoodSpikeJenkins Posted July 12, 2002 Report Posted July 12, 2002 oh god...as much as I don't like HHH, we don't need to mention him in every thread...especially when Nidia's ass is RIGHT THERE *drools* You Did It Again!
Guest Mr Monday Night Posted July 12, 2002 Report Posted July 12, 2002 Ill ask on this page... What was the MSG Incident??
Guest The Superstar Posted July 12, 2002 Report Posted July 12, 2002 I'll make you a deal...I'll stop drooling when you're drooling...if you SHORTEN YOUR DAMN SIG.
Guest The Superstar Posted July 12, 2002 Report Posted July 12, 2002 5/96, not sure about the exact day Nash and Hall were leaving for WCW, and their last show was in MSG. HHH beat Hall earlier, and in the main event, Nash fought HBK in a steel cage. After the match they all came out, also with 123 kid, and celebrated, faces AND heels, breaking kayfabe, which was unheard of. HHH was the only person they could punish because: Nash and Hall were leaving Shawn was the champ 123 kid was leaving. So he was buried in every way possible until 1997
Guest Mr Monday Night Posted July 12, 2002 Report Posted July 12, 2002 5/96, not sure about the exact day not WHEN was it but WHAT happened
Guest CanadianChick Posted July 12, 2002 Report Posted July 12, 2002 Because HHH took heat from the MSG Incident.... ITS ALL A CYCLE... I wasn't watching wrestling for a while and never found out what the MSG incident was... I heard about it on the HHH DVD commercials and shit... what happened there neway? Short story version: It was at MSG, the last show before Nash and Hall left for WCW. AT the end of the night, HHH, HBK, Nash and Hall came out to the ring and hugged, therefore breaking kayface. Vince was pissed, and since Hall and Nash was gone, and HBK was Vince's main draw and his champion at the time, HHH took all the blame for it. He was punished and jobbed to about everyone in the federation.
Guest areacode212 Posted July 12, 2002 Report Posted July 12, 2002 MSG incident - It was Spring 1996, and Kevin Nash & Scott Hall were on their way to WCW. Their last match was at Madison Square Garden (where everyone chanted "You sold out" to Hall). After the main event (HBK vs. Nash in a cage) ended, Hall & Hunter came out and all four of them hugged & raised their hands. At the time, this was considered a pretty egregious break of kayfabe. So, since Hall & Nash were gone, they couldn't be punished, and since HBK was the champ and had to be kept happy, HHH was left to be buried. He was scheduled to win the 1996 KOTR, but his push was nixed, and the slot was given to some bald guy whose name I forget

It was just the four other guys.
Guest The Superstar Posted July 12, 2002 Report Posted July 12, 2002 MASTURBATING...on SMACKDOWN! WTF this show is very suggestive. From Nidia's bouncing boobs and ass to Marc Lloyd masturbating...
Guest GenerationNever Posted July 12, 2002 Report Posted July 12, 2002 So, you could say he's getting payback. He made a woman out of Vince's daughter, good, but when he holds other guys down, not so good.
Guest RavishingRickRudo Posted July 12, 2002 Report Posted July 12, 2002 Good Cruiser Match... There must have been a dozen moves not regularly seen on wwf television in that.
Guest The Superstar Posted July 12, 2002 Report Posted July 12, 2002 Waltman wasn't there. It was just the four other guys. Whoops. My mistake
Guest CanadianChick Posted July 12, 2002 Report Posted July 12, 2002 wish it would have been a bit longer though
Guest pinnacleofallthingsmanly Posted July 12, 2002 Report Posted July 12, 2002 The Rock seems to have gotten smaller.
Guest Mr Monday Night Posted July 12, 2002 Report Posted July 12, 2002 how is the "I am the Game" shirt aimed to smarks tho?
Guest GenerationNever Posted July 12, 2002 Report Posted July 12, 2002 Off-topic: Edge's theme "Never Gonna Stop" by Rob Zombie was based on the movie/book "A Clockwork Orange," the main character, Alex, being in my sig and avatar. Some of the lyrics are in Nadsat, a group of words used by the main character.
Guest CanadianChick Posted July 12, 2002 Report Posted July 12, 2002 You are THE Mark Lloyd? Sorry...I thought that was pretty funny!
Guest The Superstar Posted July 12, 2002 Report Posted July 12, 2002 No, the "Game Over?!" shirt was aimed at smarks because on the back it said "You're Damn Right I'm Over!"
Guest pinnacleofallthingsmanly Posted July 12, 2002 Report Posted July 12, 2002 Cena hits like a girl. What the hell? Vince took the words out of my mouth.
Guest The Superstar Posted July 12, 2002 Report Posted July 12, 2002 OK, both Cole and Tazz are picking Angle to win the title at Vengeance, which means he isn't.
Guest CanadianChick Posted July 12, 2002 Report Posted July 12, 2002 You'd think that Cena would punch instead of slap....
Guest CanadianChick Posted July 12, 2002 Report Posted July 12, 2002 OK, both Cole and Tazz are picking Angle to win the title at Vengeance, which means he isn't. Yeha, but knowing that WWE sometimes lacks consistency, they will have different predictions next week.
Guest GenerationNever Posted July 12, 2002 Report Posted July 12, 2002 Hey, the Rock slaps too. And what kind of idiot spits on his hand when punching?
Guest The Superstar Posted July 12, 2002 Report Posted July 12, 2002 Tags to Undertaker and Jericho Cole: "And here comes the Undisputed Champion" man, I wish he was talking about Jericho.
Guest The Superstar Posted July 12, 2002 Report Posted July 12, 2002 Man, Taker CANNOT take the Angle Slam. It looked like a glorified back suplex.
Guest The Superstar Posted July 12, 2002 Report Posted July 12, 2002 JERICHO LOST TO A FUCKING PUNCH?! A FUCKING PUNCH!? and a ROLLUP!? FUCK! I don't care, Jericho should NOT be treated like this. ...although, maybe Vince's "Making up" to Jericho will be adding him to the match at Vengeance...
Guest pinnacleofallthingsmanly Posted July 12, 2002 Report Posted July 12, 2002 If Angle hits that move, he could be champion at Vengance! If Angle hits that move, he could win next week! How about thye could win the match that he is wrestling in because he just hit it? Cena took a big bump righ there.
Guest Edwin MacPhisto Posted July 12, 2002 Report Posted July 12, 2002 Well, Cena bumps really well. With them giving a backstage segment to Vince asking Jericho to back off Edge for the PPV, and the announce team putting over how shocked and humiliated Jericho was by Cena's fluke pinfall, it looks like the rookie's drawing the first ever undisputed champ at the PPV. All these rookies need to distinguish themselves somehow, though. Dropkick, spinebuster, DDT, roll-up. Not exactly thrilling. On a bright note, Batista looks great. That forward flip fireman's carry--I've always liked it when Lance Storm did it, but it looked brilliant when it was that beast Batista doing it. Love his spinebuster, too - the lift he gets and the pop-up right after really sells the big impact. Seeing as we see spinebusters every 20 minutes now, that's the one that stands out. Arn would be proud.
Guest GenerationNever Posted July 12, 2002 Report Posted July 12, 2002 God, the WWE wrestlers really need better strikes.
