What matches would you include...

I will not say just pick 5, 10, 15, 20, or whatever ammount, that will be up to you for decide. I am not talking just pure wrestling matches either. Everything from the story telling, psychology, emotion, angle build up, AND wrestling, that is what I'm talking about. What matches would you include in this "book" and why? What would you say about each one, that warrents their being in it?
