Help for song: "Marking out"

I'm sure most of you have heard Screaming Infedelities by Dashboard Confessional. If you haven't DL it so this makes sense to you. Anywho, I was bored at work and began changing the lyrics from "making out" to "marking out". Once I have lyrics set, I'm gonna try and record it w/ my band. Here's what I've got so far, I'm looking for suggestions to make it better:

 

I'm missing Austin, I never watch

Avoiding the shows where Hunter is pushed.

& this next big thing is making me bored.

and somebody said, that we’re mindless sheep

Vince makes sure we know, ruthless agression.

I'm reading reviews over again.

Theres not a match thats rated 5 stars,

As for now I'm gonna watch the saddest shows,

and sit alone and wonder...

why aren’t I marking out?

And then right then I wish that I was not a smark...

yes, well um. i do believe i said i was looking for suggestions, however let me re-phrase that into suggestions that suggest something else, like suggest some rhyming lyrics for example. instead of just telling me to rhyme.

Hey,

I don't really have any suggestions for the song, but wanted to say I think it's really good. I just downloaded a "Dashboard" CD onto my computer a few months ago and that's the first time I've heard them besides a performance on Conan O'Brien. Anyway, I like the "Screaming Infedelities" song and think you're version is awesome too.

I really like it, esspecially the chorus. I tweaked some parts though.
