Guest Flyboy Report post Posted July 13, 2002 Got dumped... Junuary 21st, and single. She wants me back, and we talk ONLY as friends. Ashley, my long time lover (first to be exact), is on a summer trip, but we are only friends, too. (Although, VERY VERY close friends ) All and all... I'm single. Guest Kinetic Report post Posted July 13, 2002 That sounded kinda desprate (sp) there Kinetic. j/king This is off-topic, but I would personally kill most of you and your immediate families for the opportunity to meet a girl that I was even remotely interested in dating. It's been two years since I've been involved in a relationship and I'm really starving for that sort of intimacy. But I've got this whole rut to tend to, you know. I'm like one of those sailors. I'm married to the sea. But I've been out to sea for a long time.
Guest M Nyland Report post Posted July 13, 2002 My name is M and I enjoy long walks on the beach, picnics, walks through the park at moonlight, and watching pro wrestling, watching 80s cartoons, and being a complete fool for the enjoyment of others

Guest Big McLargeHuge Report post Posted July 14, 2002 Single for two years so far. Last girlfriend was a HUGE pain in the ass which makes me switch between being happy and sad about being single. Right now, it feels damn good. Tomorrow it probably won't.

Guest Incandenza Report post Posted July 14, 2002 Haven't had anything meaningful since my last relationship--which lasted a year--ended a couple of months ago. Things got ugly towards the end, and I can only wonder if I've been immortalized in one of those poems she was always writing.

Guest Incandenza Report post Posted July 14, 2002 You have two options: 1) Tell her how you feel. Yeah, I know it isn't easy, but it's not like she can read your mind or anything, or 2) Give up and move on. If you've known her since the "beginning-of-time," and she keeps hooking up with other people, she's probably no longer interested in you in that way, if she was interested in you to begin with. I-wait-to-long-to-make-my-move.Everytime-I-finally-get-ready, she's-ends-up-with-someone. What-should-I-do? Any-Advice? I've been in your situation before. There was this girl I used to go to school with that I was pretty close with and I pretty much always had a thing for her (I kinda think she liked me too, to tell the truth), but I could never get around to asking her out. Well, I left the school, ended up losing touch with her and haven't seen her in about 5 years. Anyway, I know it's easier said than done, but I say just let her know how you feel while you can, cuz you never know what will happen down the line. I still reget to this day not telling her how I feel. But then again, I'm the LAST person you wanna take relationship advice from, so you might want another opinion. lol
Guest Sebastian_the_Bastard Report post Posted July 14, 2002 I'm new to my relationship. I've been with the girlfriend for a little over a week now; since June 5th. Things are going better than I ever thought possible. I was in quite a "rut" before this one with having three of four short, failed relationships in a row. To the guy that likes the girl... just tell her. Here's a theory of mine: If you like someone, tell them. That way you're not always wondering "what if?" Hell... if I wouldn't have told Nicole, I wouldn't be going out with her. We'd be no where near going out, seeing as how she graduated this past year. So grow some balls and tell her. It's not as hard as everyone makes it out to be. Love, Sebastian the Bastard
Guest Intimacy Goblin Report post Posted July 14, 2002 Well, after seeing that most of you are either single or involved in relationships lasting over a year, I feel slightly out of place in saying that it's almost been a week that I've been dating this particular girl. But I'm happy!
