Guest RetroRob215 Report post Posted July 13, 2002 I'm sitting here eating a 3lb. bag of Chex Mix and I thought to myself, "Self, is there really a better snack food than Chex Mix?" I don't think so. Whoever invented Chex Mix was a genius. There are so many different flavors all in one bag. You got the corn chex, the wheat chex, two different pretzel shapes, the bagel and rye chips and the bread twists. I personally enjoy the corn chex the most, followed by the bread twists and the bagel chips. Anyone have an opinion on this matter? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Guest chirs3 Report post Posted July 13, 2002 We actually make our own chex mix - two kinds of Chex, peanuts, cashews, bread twists, sometimes pretzels. My mom is the one who does it, so I don't know how, but somehow she cooks it in the oven. Chex Mix = Good. Hot fresh from the oven home made Chex Mix = Godly.
