Guest Combat Apparatus Posted July 14, 2002 Report Posted July 14, 2002 It's a tie between Mr. T and Dennis Rodman.
Guest J*ingus Posted July 14, 2002 Report Posted July 14, 2002 Not Rodman, he was absolutely terrible in three of his four pro matches (the only decent one being the Road Wild match against Randy Savage). Mr. T was perfectly acceptable, as was Lawrence Taylor.
Guest nWoScorpion Posted July 14, 2002 Report Posted July 14, 2002 Hermie Sadler (from NWATNA ppv) did pretty good for a celebraty wrestler vs. K-Krush. Mr. T & Lawrence Taylor were also acceptable.
Guest kingkamala Posted July 14, 2002 Report Posted July 14, 2002 Mr. T was perfectly acceptable Now I'll agree with you somewhat cause honestly his Wrestlemania tag match with Hogan against Piper and Orndorff ain't bad(**1/4 to **3/4 if I was using star ratings) but let me remind you of something Starrcade 94 Mr. T Vs Kevin Sullivan
Guest Sturgis Posted July 14, 2002 Report Posted July 14, 2002 I agree with Mr. T and L.T. I'd also say Andy Kauffman cause he drew AWESOME heat from Memphis.
Guest jimmy no nose Posted July 14, 2002 Report Posted July 14, 2002 I agree with Mr. T and L.T. I'd also say Andy Kauffman cause he drew AWESOME heat from Memphis. Well, when you're a comedian you have lots of material and all he did was make fun of Lawler and the town of Memphis, but he couldn't wrestle. Must be something in the letter T.
Guest Shaved Bear Posted July 14, 2002 Report Posted July 14, 2002 how was Karl Malone...he seemed like he would be a good wrestler
Guest NaturalBornThriller4:20 Posted July 14, 2002 Report Posted July 14, 2002 *CoughDavidArquetteCough*
Guest BigTim2002 Posted July 14, 2002 Report Posted July 14, 2002 You're KILLING me, Thriller. 1) LT 2) Karl 3) Mister T 4) Arquette 5) Rodman
Guest Jobber of the Week Posted July 14, 2002 Report Posted July 14, 2002 Mike Tyson is HARDCORE! (although, now that I think about it, did he even wrestle?)
Guest saturnmark4life Posted July 14, 2002 Report Posted July 14, 2002 Best guy i've seen was some american footballer, think his name was Greene? in wcw.
Guest kkktookmybabyaway Posted July 14, 2002 Report Posted July 14, 2002 Kevin Greene -- former linebacker for the LA Rams, Steelers, Panthers and 49ers (I think). Any teams I forgot -- sue me. Big dude. When he was in Pittsburgh I kicked his ass off a leg extension machine at a local gym. Actually, he was sitting on it talking to Chad Brown (another fmr Steeler LB) and I said "may I please use this machine" and he said "sure." Exciting stuff.
Guest BionicRedneck Posted July 14, 2002 Report Posted July 14, 2002 Best guy i've seen was some american footballer, think his name was Greene? in wcw. he was awful. In his match with "Mongo" Vs Flair/Anderson he does the worst powerslam ever. I'd say LT was OK
Guest Jerome Drake Posted July 14, 2002 Report Posted July 14, 2002 Karl Malone's diamond cutter fucking ruled! LT was good also.
Guest CED Ordonez Posted July 14, 2002 Report Posted July 14, 2002 Malone worked a decent tag match, so I'll go with him. Nobody's mentioned Jay Leno who might have been worse than any celebrity that has wrestled a match. Mike Tyson is HARDCORE! (although, now that I think about it, did he even wrestle?) All he did while in the WWF was crotch-chop, K.O. punch HBK and butcher Austin's nickname badly in the post-WM interview (Cone Stold if I'm not mistaken).
Guest Jobber of the Week Posted July 14, 2002 Report Posted July 14, 2002 Actually it was Cold Stone. Now if only he had his new modern-day catchphrase, "I take my hands off to him."
Guest Kahran Ramsus Posted July 14, 2002 Report Posted July 14, 2002 Bill Fralic did a good job at Wrestlemania II.
Guest dreamer420 Posted July 16, 2002 Report Posted July 16, 2002 i thought lawrence taylor has done the best job out of anyone i have seen so far. his match with bam bam wasn't a classic but it didn't stink up the place either.
Guest JAxlMorrison Posted July 17, 2002 Report Posted July 17, 2002 I'd have to vote for Rodman just because I am a mark for him.........and his entire series against Savage was pretty fuckin cool. After that, I'd say LT, even tho Bigelow carried him through the whole thing. If he would've been in there with a lesser wrestler, he might not have looked so good. After that........hmmmmmmmm.........possibly Reggie White or Kevin Greene
Guest dreamer420 Posted July 17, 2002 Report Posted July 17, 2002 what about david arquette? at least he was willing to get into the triple layer cage with ddp and jarrett.
Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Posted July 17, 2002 Report Posted July 17, 2002 As someone else said...Hermie Sadler had a good go of it in TNA last week. He's quite a little bumper that guy...and his offense wasn't...well...offensive if you know what I mean. But the key to any celb match is in the booking. LT handled more of a workload than others...and he did a fine job. Sadler's match was well booked. Arquette is a former world champion...how could he not be the best?
Guest dreamer420 Posted July 17, 2002 Report Posted July 17, 2002 although it was david arquette I still want to give him props for actually competing in the triple cage match.
Guest bob_barron Posted July 17, 2002 Report Posted July 17, 2002 That cage match was awesome- no thanks to Arquette
Guest dreamer420 Posted July 17, 2002 Report Posted July 17, 2002 at least he had the balls to get in there.
