Guest ant_7000 Posted July 14, 2002 Report Posted July 14, 2002 Well, If you heard Nas's "Destroy and Rebuild" on Stillmatic he (Nas) pretty much sums it up. From what I read in the magazines is That Nas, Nature, and Cormega had a beef with each other after The Firm Flop. Nas and Cormega was in The Firm project and Def Jam and Nas didn't have confidence in Cormega's skills and doing apperances without Mega (i.e.Photo shoots and Videos) so they eventually drop him, Nas founded Nature to replace Cormega in The Firm. But, Mega after he got dropped he got into it with Nature (Mega said he kicked his ass), I guess Nas thought Nature was weak (Mentally) after that incident with Mega. Nas at the end of "Destroy and Rebuild" he said "Nature I respect you, but I can't hold your hand in this shit im not your father." Then, Nature dumb self said in XXL that Nas said that he robbed old ladies and stole cars and Nature took offense of that, but the thing is that Nas wasn't even talking about Nature in that verse in "Destroy and Rebuild" instead he was talking about Prodigy of Mobb Deep.
