Guest Redhawk Report post Posted July 15, 2002 I'm not going to ask who's the best wrestler, because there is so much more that goes into being a successful star in pro wresltling. So considering wrestling ability, charisma, mic work, etc., who shines out of this group? The Big Show (WWF) The Giant (WCW) Kevin Nash (WCW/WWF) Diesel (WWF) Psycho Sid Viscious Justice (he has pretty much played the same character) Vader Undertaker (Prince of Darkness) Undertaker (biker) Kane (1997-now) Bam Bam Bigelow Mark Henry Test Albert Brock Lesnar
Guest Kid Kablam Report post Posted July 16, 2002 EL GIGANTE!!!!!!!!!!!!! But seriously, I'd have to say that the Undertaker Prince of Darkness thing would get my vote. Fear the eye roll!
Guest dreamer420 Report post Posted July 17, 2002 MOTHERFUCKING SID gets my vote. this guy have dominated everywhere he's been and is consistantly over with the fans.
Guest jimmy no nose Report post Posted July 17, 2002 I think maybe the early days of the Giant of WCW was the best monster wrestling in my opinion. Undertaker from the early days just behind.
Guest TheSmarkzone Report post Posted July 17, 2002 The Deadman.
Guest BionicRedneck Report post Posted July 17, 2002 Vader is the best worker by a mile. but the best "Sports-Entertainer" is probly Taker
Guest TheSmarkzone Report post Posted July 17, 2002 I loved the Vader vs. Taker matches. Those rocked.
Guest BionicRedneck Report post Posted July 17, 2002 Yeah. The one at Canadian Stampede was pretty good, but the Royal Rumble 97 match sucked.
Guest TheSmarkzone Report post Posted July 17, 2002 It didn't suck, it just wasn't great. And I'd give their Canadian Stampede match ****. It was one of the best big man matches ever.
Guest dreamer420 Report post Posted July 17, 2002 was anyone else laughing when bischoff kept calling the big show "giant" on raw?
Guest TheSmarkzone Report post Posted July 17, 2002 Yeah. I wonder if he was doing that on purpose or if he really did forget.
Guest dreamer420 Report post Posted July 17, 2002 it seemed like it was on purpose. i think it's the same as when lots of wrestlers refer to mick foley as cactus.
Guest TheHulkster Report post Posted July 18, 2002 Bruiser Brody is the best monster/wrestler of all time (why no love for Frank?). Out of those I would have to go with either Vader or Kane.
Guest TheSmarkzone Report post Posted July 18, 2002 (why no love for Frank?). Because he was a no-selling, never-jobbing, selfish asshole?
Guest kingkamala Report post Posted July 18, 2002 I liked the Giant up till the NWO started he was just the unstoppable monster heel(Unless he was fighting Hogan of course) I think the Giant-Sting at Slamboree 96 is truly underrated and isn't half bad. Him and Luger at Great American Bash 96 surprisingly didn't suck either but once the NWO came the Giant was made too look like a big lumbering doofus. Guest razazteca Report post Posted July 18, 2002 Paul Wright gets my vote, fear the Choke Slam ahhhhhhhhhh
Guest TheHulkster Report post Posted July 19, 2002 (why no love for Frank?). Because he was a no-selling, never-jobbing, selfish asshole? Not in Baba and Fritz's feds he wasn't. Only to the other screwy american promoters. Another thing, he sold wrestler's moves. Again, Frank gets no love. He was one of the few big men who could use a brawling style and put out a really good, psychology rich, match.
Guest ShamRock Report post Posted July 19, 2002 Kevin Nash gets my vote. There's something about his character that's cool and his matches entertain me most of the times.
