During the opening pyro, Tear Away plays instead of "Superstar" (which was what the original PPV broadcast was.)

Well, at the beginning of the show when the camera pans the crowd, does it still have the Newfoundland flags hanging over the balconey?....

I got that as well. It's either because:

a) we bought it in Canada, or

b) because it was IN Canada.

Start up the Hall vs Austin fight.

In the original PPV, there was no "static" back to color, the filter simply disappeared and the picture was color like magic. They decided to "fix" this on the video.

The static effect they added is... Well... It kind of screams "low-budget home video version" if you get my drift.

that isn't really a big deal though. it was something that was probably supposed to happen during the original broadcast and didn't so was fixed up for the dvd. of course if they made it really obivous then it was a stupid idea to go back and fix it in the first place.
