Guest frenziedme Report post Posted February 19, 2002 Why does a 3D hurt more on concrete? Does the victim even hit the ground? Why is Steph still around? Shouldn't be be banned from backstage again besause she separated with HHH? Why is the Godfather on RAW? Why is Mr. Perfect jobbing in his first full match since the Rumble? Guest Sakura Report post Posted February 19, 2002 Yes, they hit the ground. She is with Vince. Because he had a match. Because he isn't being pushed.
Guest Brian Report post Posted February 19, 2002 Actually, I think that's the WWF's strange way of pushing Mr. Perfect by saying he's not on top of his game anymore.
Guest Ulf ist Gut Report post Posted February 19, 2002 You can't ban stephs backside without banning the rest of her and that would truely be a shame
Guest buffybeast Report post Posted February 19, 2002 Why is everyone riding Hogan's jockstrap? Two years ago the net hated his ass. what's changed?
Guest king_frisbee Report post Posted February 19, 2002 An initial reaction to change perhaps? I wouldn't give too much thought to it regardless, it can't possibly last long...
Guest Flair5000 Report post Posted February 19, 2002 Just the novelty value. As soon as he has his first match...
Guest buffybeast Report post Posted February 19, 2002 That's what I've been saying. People will change their minds about him once they see his first match. But regardless, I am still shocked at the smark reaction to all three. It wasn't that long ago that most of the net hated all three, esp. Hogan and Nash. I am just surprised to see those same people riding the straps so much now. Novelty or not, it's surprising.
Guest Flair5000 Report post Posted February 19, 2002 Yeah...maybe its a testement to the power of Hogan that he's converted cynical, bitter smarks back into marking out. Or it could be because everything else has been so dull lately.
Guest Galactic Gigolo Report post Posted February 19, 2002 I think the reason the Smarks are taking so well to the return of the nWo because we're truly hoping for an angle that would be refreshing, considering how stale the WWF has been for quite a long time. And plus, the semi-shoot comments they've been making are always a nice touch, despite the fact that 90% of the audience is left saying "Huh?" I for one think that if Hogan, Nash, and Hall can keep their egos under tact that this angle could become huge. But then again, remember who we're talking about here. Hey, I'm the opposite of Keith and Scotsman. I want you to buy stuff FROM me. http://cgi6.ebay.com/aw-cgi....rows=25 Yes, I don't know how to link.
Guest areacode212 Report post Posted February 19, 2002 I think, whether or not they admit it, a lot of net fans will mark out for awesome promos/angles involving even the most hated wrestler. Both Hogan's promo in the ring and all of the ambulance carnage were really entertaining and historic, so much of the praise is coming from that.
Guest buffybeast Report post Posted February 19, 2002 Yes, the whole ambulance scene was very funny and entertaining. Their mic work is very entertaining. I am waiting for Hall's, "Survey Tiiiiiimmmme" to show up. But honestly, I still am not excited or pleased that they are back and hogging up airtime. I think they will make money for the company in the short term, but will they one year from now?
Guest Brian Report post Posted February 20, 2002 I'm reacting well to the NWO because so far the angle's been played really well plus this could all end in a split.
