Bobby was great during his WWF days, but he wasn't as good in WCW. I think he had a drinking problem, so that could be the reson.

I have heard this rumor too but that was ell it ever was.  Apparently there is a PPV where he was loaded.

Jesse was a serious commentator.  He wasn't supposed to be funny.  It isn't easy to compare Jesse & Heenan since their styles were so different.
