Guest EQ Posted July 18, 2002 Report Posted July 18, 2002 I buy albums for artists I really like. if I just happen to like a specific single off a CD, I just download it. What do you use?
Guest mesepher Posted July 18, 2002 Report Posted July 18, 2002 when I download MP3s which is one every few months, I use Kazaa. Nowadays I use a program called Furthur which is a file sharing system for concert recordings.... it's really cool They have Mp3 formet and SHN format (which does not ruin the sound quality, like MP3s do... but they are a bit larger in file size) http://www.furthurnet.com
Guest razazteca Posted July 18, 2002 Report Posted July 18, 2002 Zero Paid been here lately? or Music Lover for music charts
Guest chirs3 Posted July 18, 2002 Report Posted July 18, 2002 Same here - If it's an artist I like, I buy the album. Otherwise I just download the singles. I used to use Audiogalaxy, because it kicked ass. But then they stopped working. So I just use Kazaa. Question: Do you say "Kuh-Zah" or "Kah-zuh"?
Guest chirs3 Posted July 18, 2002 Report Posted July 18, 2002 I think I worded that poorly. Do you emphasize "Ka" or "Zaa"?
Guest EQ Posted July 18, 2002 Report Posted July 18, 2002 I think i emphasize both equally... I can't really tell... but now you've got me sitting here saying it out loud to myself
Guest chirs3 Posted July 18, 2002 Report Posted July 18, 2002 I emphasize the "Zaa" myself. KaZAA! Kuh-ZAA!
Guest NoCalMike Posted July 19, 2002 Report Posted July 19, 2002 I just got KaZaa, it is good, but I still usually use mIRC for mp3s......
Guest What? Posted July 19, 2002 Report Posted July 19, 2002 KaZaA is king Lightning fast music, images, porno, movies and more!
Guest EQ Posted July 19, 2002 Report Posted July 19, 2002 KaZaA Lite What's the difference between Kazaa and Kazaa Lite?
Guest The Camel Posted July 21, 2002 Report Posted July 21, 2002 I download mp3s of any song that I like. I'll go out and buy an album if it actually worth $18. Currently have about 1043 mp3s, and I use Grokster, which is basically Kazaa but with less ads. Almost identical to the original version of Morpheus.
Guest razazteca Posted July 21, 2002 Report Posted July 21, 2002 several P2P programs from zeropaid such as Kazaa Lite do not have ads, spyware, scumware if you used Ad-Aware it will only find the cyber door dummy file.
