Actors and Actresses who always seem

Recommended Posts

Guest Prototype450

Ryan Phillipe always seems to get killed in his movies. I've seen two movies where he didn't get killed.

(SPOILER)

Tyra Banks has only been in about two movies and she died in both of them.

Tony Todd, I think, has gotten killed in every movie he's been in except for Shadowbuilder.

He survived Final Destination.

As for actors who always die, Michael Ironside seems to die alot. Brion James did as well.

Outside of The Hudsucker Proxy, Steve Buscemi has never survived a Coen brothers movie.

Delroy Lindo (Romeo Must Die, The One) and Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa (almost every movie that needs an evil Asian guy)

Michael Myers. Yet somehow, someway that littl tyke keeps coming back. As Kosmo Kramer would say, "He's a tenacious little monkey."

Aside from that, Steve Buscemi comes to mind. Bruce Willis has bitten the dust in more then a few of his movies too.

Michael Biehn survived in 1 of the 2 movies he's best known for, Aliens. He didn't bite the dust until the first 5 minutes of Alien 3.

But yeah, Biehn does die a lot...

But ya know who NEVER dies, EVER? Dolph Lundgren. Hence why I mark for DOLPH~!~

I've seen at least two movies (Wild Things, Drop Dead Gorgeous) where Denise Richards died. Not too much of a loss, she's obviously not hired for her "talent". :)

Dolph Lundgren died in Universal Soldier. Can't think of anything else, but he has died at least once.

Samuel L. Jackson used to always get killed, but he's been living in anything recently.

Dolph Lundgren also died in Johnny Mnemonic.

As for actors, anybody who plays a lot of villains is gonna die pretty regularly: Dennis Hopper, Christopher Walken, Gene Hackman, etc.

The one standout in my mind is Takeshi Kitano. He always dies in his movies, usually by gunfire, which is all the more bizarre since he writes and directs most of his own movies.

This is true, but then Beat Takeshi movies are about Yakuza, so I suppose it's more realistic that way. But it's good to see a guy do the job in a movie that he writes and directs, isn't it?

But he plays cops too, and STILL either gets shot or kills himself, every time. Creepy.

I don't know if you counted it, but Ryan Phillipe doesn't die in Gosford Park.

John Travolta has a good habit of dying in movies...but amazingly, he escapes most of them. There was Swordfish and Face-Off where he died, but didn't really die. Also, he died in Phenomenon (sp?). However, he lived through a lot, so meh.

I think Stallone is one of the only guys in movie history to not be killed in a movie...
