EXACTLY right!!! what pisses me off is when people come to the *smarkboard* and bitch about people being smarks.  of course we are gonna be smarks, its the fucking smarkboard.  now you have your own opinions and i respect that, but we also have our opinions and you have to respect that too.  you categorically stereotype all smarks as people who are *only* interested in wrestling and hate "sportz entertainment."  i love sports entertainment, its what got me interested in the first place.  but since then i have developed a respect and appreciation of the in ring product, and who are you to disrespect me just because i also appreciate *good* wrestling, ala benoit and storm.  if you hate smarks thats your business, just dont try to come to the SMARKboard and try to preach and moan about all smarks being inherently evil, etc. its just stupid.

The sad thing is that noone can justify their opinion on why they like Hogan! All us smarks should just be good little sheep and accept whatever McMahon throws out there. Fuck That! If I want to see good wrestling and see crap, I'm going to question it.

ignorance is bliss!!! but anyway, at first i too tried to "end ignorant thinking," but then i realised that i did not really care what these people thought.  hell, its pretty difficult to explain the concept of smarkhood to a total mark, and its utterly futile as well.  ive now given up on trying to educate marks, it just pisses me off, and the whole "how did you know that was going to happen?" when i called the result of every match at the rumble, just goes right over my head now.  when i watch wrestling with marks, i laugh in the rocky promos, and pop for the entrance in my head, but i also pop for my favourite heels, like jericho (people cannot comprehend that) and storm/christian.  i watch the show in "smark mode" but dont even try to talk smark, i just go along with the markish flow.  then later i come on here and vent *all* of my smarkish frustration.  ive just stopped letting marks get to me in person.  but it still pisses me off when people come here and claim to be marks when they look at all the same dirtsheets and watch the matches in the same way we do, yet still claim to be marks.  they are just deluding themselves.

True, there are alot of marks coming here, but they don't post as frequently as the 'old guard' does. The smarks from the old board are more than likely to keep conversations going. I haven't really seen 'ignorant' marks posting here that much, so I can't say I've been bothered by it.

I think the NWO angle helped to bring along the new infusion of marks to this board.  It seems like NWO fans just kind of lay low on message boards, then, when the NWO returns, they start spouting off about how great the NWO will be, and how it will be the greatest angle ever.  

I also never understand the anti-smark movement.  It is like they are offended because the Raw they called "the Greatest Raw ever" is being blasted by some people as just being another run of the mill show.  They seem to fail to understand that wrestling is a rather unique entertainment.  It is 2 hours of a plethora of different storylines and characters.  They seem to think that if you dislike the main event angles then why watch the show.  Sure, I may not exactly care for the NWO much, but I love watching guys Jericho, RVD, Tajiri, the Hurricane, Val Venis, Scotty & Albert, and a few others entertain me, and cause me to tune in each week.  Ah well, I am sure the marks will go away or stop as being as annoying, as for me, I am anxiously awaiting Tajiri vs. the Hurricane on Heat.

I'm not sure how many of you guys are like me but I'm neither a mark or a smark.  I'm a Wrestling Fan first and foremost.  I have more knowledge about the wrestling business then the average fan but I don't see myself better then them.
