His promos could make fans get behind anybody in his prime. Rude did a good job of getting everyone to hate him man and woman, but kept the women still wanting to see him. Guest mesepher Report post Posted August 7, 2002 Bret Hart's anti America gimmick was awesome. Jake Roberts made an awesome heel.. especially when he used to let his snakes roam the ring. I was going nuts when the King Cobra bit Savage! The Million Dollar Man was always impressive. I, too, enjoyed when he was going to pay the boy to bounce the ball.
