About Steph

Vince seemed quite peeved at Shane when he showed up on Raw trying to keep him from appointing Bischoff, which I guess is accounted for because he tried to run Vince out of business. What I want to know is, why is Stephanie any better? Was she not part of the same coupe? I know Vince supposedly forgave her durring the Hunter/Steph feud, but it still makes no sense.

Also, assuming that Raw isn't getting the canned heat added in, Shane is over way more than Steph is, which is the way it's always been. So if Vince wants to push one of his kids as the face to stand up to Bischoff, why Steph instead of Shane? Then again, the fact that Vince is still senile enough to have not only himself, but another one of his kids, on television, proves how rational he is these days.

Cause steph has a hand in the writing process is my best guess.

Yeah, but I would think Vince would be able to realize that, see what she's doing, and realize where this will go. But after saying that, it's obvious that I can't expect that much from him. It's rather sad.

Steph is on TV because she likes seeing herself whereas Shane is not on TV because he does not want to be it is as simple as that. As long as Steph wants to be on TV daddy will find a spot for her and if Shane wanted to be on he would be back in a heartbeat.

You know... I blame heyman.

Here is how I am seeing it. Steph owned ECW, rumours were going around at that time that Heyman suggested it because if the angle failed the blame would not be put on him... Makes sense.

Heyman gets to take charge of Smackdown as a writer, within what, 3 shows of him in that position Steph is the new GM. Coincidence?

Well, lord knows Heyman has made worse decisions. However, again, Vince cannot go blameless no matter what he does, at least, that is, if he still has the power to veto anything and everything he wants.

Oh, I blame Vince Mcmahon for the ruination of professional wrestling in North America, don't worry about that. It is just that this could just be another way of Heyman trying to get rid of the pressure of being the guy who runs smackdown. If it fails its stephs fault, not his.

True, true. Hell, if he keeps this up, they might even forget about him doing almost everything in his power to undermine the entire Brock Lesnar experiment. Well, maybe not; hopefully not.

Hey, aside from that SmackDown is still putting out consistently good shows and has a ton of direction. Last night was great. But Shane made so much sense in about every way possible.
