What was with her voice? It sounded a lot different. She didn't seem like she was trying to shriek like she used to. I often used to read that the voice she used as a heel was fake anyways....so is she using her real voice to be a face?

I pointed this very fact out when I was defending her a day ago. Her "shrieking" as you put it was totally an act, at least that's the way it always seemed to me. Back when she was face and the Undertaker kidnapped her, she didn't sound that way, and she doesn't sound that way now, so I think that pretty much ices it.
