And I defy any male here to say she's not incredibly hot in the corresponding video. She has more substance I think then those other 'pop' princesses. Example I think she looked horrible as a "diva" in that song from Moulin Rouge. But i think she looked good in that Get the Party Started video and she was just dressed normal. I'm not a big fan of her music, but her songs won't send me running out of the room screaming like boy scouts in the basement of a catholic church. However i do like the whole "punk rock" attitude that she displays. She's like the anti Britney Spears and i like that about her. The music is fairly innocuous pop, but the crunchier hooks make it a lot more appealing to me then, say, Britney Spears. I'd put my schnitzel in her buns... Her songs are fairly good, and the lyrics are actually decent as well. Plus, she did that version of Aerosmith's "Janie's Got A Gun" that wasn't as bad as the rest of the covers on the show (the worst was obviously Papa Roach's failed attempt at "Sweet Emotion," but I digress). They're both white trash, admit it, flaunt it, and have songs that are undeniably good mixed in with their songs that are meant to appeal to just a specific audience.
