Guest Kinetic Report post Posted July 20, 2002 All right, well, three times today I've tried to load the board and have gotten a page that says that I'm not permitted to use it. I try to log in and get this page again. I leave in a fit of frustration, come back a few hours later, and everything's fine. I come back again later and get the "not permitted" page again.
