I have to resort to this place downtown (called Chippery) that custom-makes the chips for you. Hmm....I'm going to be in that neighborhood tomorrow, maybe I'll pick some up. After all, us Canadians eat fries with cheese and gravy as well. btw I voted "Other", since you left out All Dressed, which is another uniquely Canadian flavour.
