I just came up with an evil booking idea

I know of the Fantasy Booking board, but nobody really goes there and this is WWE related, so it works.

 

Now.. this would work with a heel champion. Let's use Kurt Angle for that.

 

Kurt Angle is in a feud with The Rock (for example).

 

Angle comes up to Jamie Knoble, the heel CW champ who's character involves him having the CW title because it gives him a better life. Angle offers Knoble a deal, if Knoble does a favor for him, Angle will give him a world title shot. It doesn't matter if he succeeds or fails. He whispers the favor into Knoble's ears and gets him to accept, since he is gonna give Knoble a shot to 'live in a mansion and become the king of the hill'

 

suddenly, during a Rock interview or something, Jamie Knoble runs in and starts attacking. Rock beats Knoble up pretty badly, until Angle runs in and lays out the Rock.

 

Knoble can barely make it to the ring, he is helped there by Nidia.

 

Angle then comes down, kick, Angle Slam, 1-2-3, in about 15 seconds.

 

Basically.. it's evil for the reason that Angle takes advantage of a wrestler to get a shot at his rival, and then he pins that wrestler quickly.

 

Maybe I should write for RAW.

If DX is restarted, I personally predict RVD joining the group. I know that don't mean anything to this thread really, but I thought it might be a type of "evil idea". :D

I don't know how many times it's been said already, new ideas are what's needed. Recreations, especially a specialized one for a particular moment, don't work. They worked the first time because the conditions and timing were right for it, and also because it was new and never seen. The old idea's previous existence means that everything that made it work before isn't there anymore, dooming a repeat to failure.

I don't understand how anyone could logically see RVD joining DX. He is an independent character, out on his own, and over. The whole HHH/Shawn thing is a "old buddies causing hell again" kind of thing. How would RVD figure into that in any way? And considering Rikishi's dissapointment comments from teh ppv, indicating that they will play a tweener role (pick crap with the faces and the heels), RVD doesn't fit in AT ALL! I'm sorry, no offense, but the idea just seems really stupid to me.
