The good is, Loria and Selig will look like complete morons when they lose to Charles Bronfman, and the Expos would have a good chance of staying in Montreal. Guest treble charged Report post Posted July 22, 2002 I think they'd have a hard time convincing a judge that Loria was out to destroy the team. Sure, he didn't help matters by taking them off TV and radio almost completely, but he did make trades that looked like he was trying to help the team (Irabu, Tatis, Stevens), as well as signing players, such as Lloyd.
