Well their junior division is crappy/half-existant, but even with what they DO have, Ka Shin is the worst. He's just awful. The following AJ juniors are better,

- Masanobu Fuchi

Well, judging from what I've heard, Fuchi isn't good anymore and Ka Shin still sucks. Therefor, that would make Kaz the best in the division by default. He really is under-rated as he was quite fun as Shiryu and part of the Dragons in WCW, and has actually had some very good matches with Sasuke and Liger.
