What is the name of Maven's entrance song?  Who is the artist?

I'm not sure, but I think it's "Dead Cell" by Papa Roach. Nowhere near 100%, though.

It is most definitely not Papa Roach. It's too good to be Papa Roach, and doesn't have the riff-stealing bit that Papa Roach does in almost every cell.

 

I don't know who it's by, but it's off of the Tough Enough soundtrack definitely. I always forget who it's by.

 

On a somewhat related matter, Breaking Point's "One Of A Kind," RVD's current theme, is no win my top 5 favorite songs. The WWF uses a remixed version that only plays the chorus and post-chorus riffs, much like ECW did with Kilgore's cover of "Walk" (originally done by Pantera, whose shirt, coincidentally, I am wearing currently).

That's definitely not right.  First of all the song is BEAT the World.  Second, that is not Maven's theme music.  I've seen the video for that song and it doesn't sound anything like Maven's music.

 

Lazarus, are you sure it's actually of the Tough Enough soundtrack?  Because I played the sample from every track at CDNow.com, and none of them sounded anything like Maven's theme music.  I know the song was played in the last episode of Tough Enough as they drive away at the end and again when Maven won, but I don't think it made it to the soundtrack some how.

It's  Dogtooth Violet by Big Mother Thruster.  And outside of the first 15 seconds that they play when Maven comes to the ring, the song sucks.  I downloaded it a while back, and I couldn't even finish listening to it, it was so bad.  Great opening riff, though.
