Personally, the only video in the last couple of years that's really drawn me to the TV and made me say "wow" is the White Stripes video...and it's probably going to get passed over by a bunch of other shit.

Fuck mtv. there's maybe ONE band nominated for anything that I can even remotely tolerate. maybe System..but i'm getting burned out on them with the quickness. take that back, I like RHCP up to and including One Hot Minute..everything after that has been kinda bleh IMO. I think i'll go rent porn instead, possibly tuning in and hitting mute to see Shakira WIGGLE~!..she's the wiggliest, but her music makes my ears bleed.
